柔性极靴磁脂密封温度场和传热性能的研究
[Abstract]:In view of the limited ability of the existing magnetogrease seal and the rigid bumping between the pole boots and the rotating shaft during operation, the characteristics of the magnetic grease seal and the brush seal are synthetically combined with the characteristics of the magnetogrease seal and the brush seal, which are characterized by the large friction heat generation and the failure to realize zero leakage of the brush seal. A new type of flexible pole boot magnetic grease seal is proposed. The numerical analysis model of flexible pole boot magnetic grease seal was established by using GAMBIT and FLUENT software. The heat transfer characteristics of the flexible pole boot magnetic grease seal such as the temperature field distribution in theory and the law of magnetic grease temperature rise were compared and analyzed. The results show that the contact line velocity of seal, the diameter of flexible wire, the angle of arrangement inclination and the amount of interference of installation all have certain influence on the temperature change of magnetic grease, and the influence of the angle of arrangement and the amount of interference of installation on the temperature rise of magnetic grease is limited. Because the coating thickness is too small, the change of coating material has little effect on the temperature of magnetic grease. In addition, a magnetic grease seal test system for flexible pole boots is established, which verifies that the power consumption and magnetic grease temperature of flexible pole boots seal will increase obviously with the increase of rotating speed.
