基于OptiStruct形状优化的空调散热器稳态热传导及基频研究

【摘要】:基于热力学理论并运用Hyper Works分别对矩形翅片散热器和环形翅片散热器进行稳态热仿真分析,优选出散热性能较好的翅片散热器。为了改善空调散热器的散热性能,本文对优选的翅片散热器进行基于形状优化的稳态热传导和固有频率分析。采用Hyper Morph对优选的翅片散热器进行预变形定义并作为形状优化的设计变量,通过Opti Struct求解器计算出使散热性能最优的翅片散热器结构形状和固有频率。该方法有效地降低空调散热器最高温度并改善了它的散热性能,还大大地提升了空调散热器的抑制振动能力。
[Abstract]:Based on thermodynamics theory and Hyper Works, the steady state thermal simulation analysis of rectangular fin radiator and annular fin radiator is carried out, and the finned radiator with better heat dissipation performance is selected. In order to improve the heat dissipation performance of air conditioning radiator, the optimal finned fin radiator is analyzed based on shape optimization of steady state heat conduction and natural frequency. Hyper Morph is used to define the predeformation of the finned fin radiator and as a design variable for shape optimization. The structure shape and natural frequency of the fin radiator with optimum heat dissipation performance are calculated by Opti Struct solver. This method can effectively reduce the maximum temperature of air conditioning radiator, improve its heat dissipation performance, and greatly improve the vibration suppression ability of air conditioning radiator.
