轻量化高效线性压缩机设计与实验研究

【摘要】:线性压缩机为线性分置式斯特林制冷机的动力源,压缩机的效率基本决定了整机的制冷效率。本文设计出一款轻量化高效线性压缩机,采用Redlich型动磁式直线电机结构,通过向量分析法模型对线性压缩机进行动力学设计,通过试验验证设计并进行优化。
[Abstract]:The linear compressor is the power source of the linear split Stirling refrigerator. The efficiency of the compressor basically determines the refrigeration efficiency of the whole machine. In this paper, a lightweight and efficient linear compressor is designed. The structure of linear motor with Redlich type is adopted. The dynamic design of linear compressor is carried out by vector analysis model, and the design is verified by experiment and optimized.
