基于可靠性约束的衰退设备动态预防性维护模型

【摘要】：针对现阶段衰退设备预防性维护策略通常只考虑单一因素对维护策略的影响,而忽略多因素对维护费用影响的问题,分析了维护次数与可靠度两因素对维护策略的影响.以维护费用最小为目标函数,构建衰退设备的动态预防性维护模型.在模型的建立过程中,首次提出了设备可靠度与失效率的关系.最后通过算例分析,验证了模型的合理性和有效性,为衰退设备可靠性约束下的动态预防维护策略问题提供了一种新的方法.
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the preventive maintenance strategy of declining equipment usually only considers the influence of a single factor on the maintenance policy, but neglects the influence of multiple factors on the maintenance cost, this paper analyzes the influence of maintenance times and reliability on the maintenance strategy. Taking the minimum maintenance cost as the objective function, the dynamic preventive maintenance model of recession equipment is constructed. In the process of establishing the model, the relationship between equipment reliability and failure rate is put forward for the first time. Finally, the rationality and validity of the model are verified by an example, which provides a new method for dynamic preventive maintenance strategy under reliability constraints.
