L20替代R22在窗式空调器中的试验研究

【摘要】:受蒙特利尔议定书、京都议定书和其他法规的限制,新型制冷剂必须具有零ODP和低GWP的特点。L20是新开发出的环保型制冷剂,用于替代R22。文中介绍依据相关标准在焓差实验室中测试了其充注于窗式空调器中的制冷性能,并与原R22窗式空调器进行了试验对比。结果表明:L20的最佳充注量为600g,是R22充注量的80%。在T1额定制冷工况下,L20窗机的制冷量为R22窗机的114.2%,EER为R22窗机的89.3%;在T3额定制冷工况下,L20窗机的制冷量为R22窗机的112.8%,EER为R22窗机的87%;在T3最大运行制冷工况下,L20窗机的制冷量为R22窗机的111.7%,EER为R22窗机的85.1%。
[Abstract]:Limited by the Montreal Protocol, Kyoto Protocol and other regulations, new refrigerants must have zero ODP and low GWP characteristics. L20 is a newly developed environmentally friendly refrigerant to replace R22. The refrigeration performance of the air conditioner filled with window air conditioner is tested in the enthalpy difference laboratory according to the relevant standards, and compared with that of the original R22 window air conditioner. The results show that the optimum charge of L20 is 600g, which is 80% of R22 charge. Under T1 rated refrigeration condition, the refrigerating capacity of L20 window machine is 114.2 of R22 window machine. EER is 89.3 of R22 window machine; under T3 rated refrigeration condition, the refrigerating capacity of L20 window machine is 112.8EER of R22 window machine. Under T3 maximum operating refrigeration condition, L20 window machine is 87. The refrigerating capacity of R22 window machine is 111.7 and EER is 85.1 of R22 window machine.
