基于易用性的家用智能产品界面设计研究

【摘要】:人类制造产品的目的是为了帮助人们解决生活需要,简言之是为人服务。但如今我们经常被日常生活中与工作中的难以理解的产品所困扰,甚至出现恐惧使用电子类产品的心理现象。大量的电子产品不易于使用,探寻其原因,主要是因为产品的操作界面使用过程中存在繁重的附加工作,导致产品难以理解和使用。尽管我们周围有些产品能够解决“问题”为使用者提供帮助,但使用产品本身并没有达到人们的使用预期,往往是使用者非常努力的学习如何操作产品而不得要领,并且需要靠人们强行记下操作流程进行操作,用户淹没在大量的附加工作之下,这不仅违背了产品是为人服务的本质,也降低了我们生活的质量。近年来人们对生活质量的追求逐渐增高,产品要如何更易于人们使用的话题也在被更多人所关注。产品的易用性是指使用者在操作过程中容易识别产品、容易学习新接触到的操作过程、容易使用而降低发生操作的出错。而达到易用性设计的目标需要设计者保持消除附加工作的设计理念,对用户目标以外的其他工作尽最大努力的进行降低和消除。本文立足于“以人为本”的设计观点,以消除附加工作为设计理念,对产品的使用过程中哪些因素影响使用以及如何使得产品达到易于使用的问题进行研究讨论。论文首先对发生在我们身边的产品易用性问题进行了阐述,对国内外如今的理论发展状况做了简要介绍。在第二章中阐述了易用性定义,以及易用性设计对产品的操作界面设计有什么要求进行分析。接着在第三章中对如今家用智能产品的操作界面特征进行研究分析并总结了如今家用智能电器的一些共通因素与特征。对影响产品易用性的构成要素进行对比分析,探讨了界面元素对易用性设计的影响。第四章说明了用户研究的价值与界面设计的依据从何而来,对产品易用性设计有何帮助,并总结出能运用于设计实践的基础原则。第五章通过调查研究的归纳与总结,给出了设计家用智能电器操作界面的设计策略,第六章进行了相应的设计实践加以验证。
[Abstract]:Human products are made to help people meet their needs, in short, to serve them. But nowadays, we are often troubled by the incomprehensible products in our daily life and work, and even the psychological phenomenon of fear of using electronic products. A large number of electronic products are not easy to use. The main reason is that there is heavy additional work in the process of using the operating interface of the product, which leads to the product being difficult to understand and use. Although some of the products around us can help users with "problems", the use of the product itself does not meet the expectations of people, and it is often the users who work very hard to learn how to operate the product. And it needs people to force down the operation process, users are submerged under a large number of additional work, which not only violates the essence of service products, but also reduces the quality of our lives. In recent years, the pursuit of quality of life has gradually increased, and the topic of how to make products easier to use has been paid more attention. The ease of use of a product means that the user can easily identify the product in the operation process, learn the new operation process easily, and use it easily and reduce the error of the operation. To achieve the goal of usability design, designers need to maintain the design concept of eliminating additional work, and do their best to reduce and eliminate other work other than user goals. Based on the idea of "people-oriented" design, this paper discusses which factors affect the use of the product and how to make the product easy to use in order to eliminate the additional work as the design concept. Firstly, the paper expatiates on the usability of products around us, and briefly introduces the development of theory at home and abroad. In the second chapter, the definition of ease of use is described, and the requirements of usability design for the design of operational interface are analyzed. Then in the third chapter, the operating interface features of home intelligent products are studied and analyzed, and some common factors and characteristics of home intelligent appliances are summarized. The influence of interface elements on usability design is discussed. The fourth chapter explains the value of user research and the basis of interface design, how to help product usability design, and summarizes the basic principles that can be used in design practice. The fifth chapter gives the design strategy of the home intelligent appliance operation interface through the induction and the summary of the investigation and research, the sixth chapter carries on the corresponding design practice to verify.
