公理设计中基于TRIZ的解耦方法研究

【摘要】:产品设计方法的公理化是设计科学发展的必然趋势。公理设计作为设计理论体系公理化方法的典型成果,可以通过设计公理及设计框架指导设计者作出正确的决策,“之字形”映射是其优势所在。 公理设计要求设计必须符合独立公理。不满足独立公理的设计称为耦合设计,不能够被接受。无耦合设计的产品成功概率最大,因而解耦可以提高设计效率,节约成本。通过研究国内外学者在公理设计和解耦方面的研究成果,提出应用TRIZ中的物质-场分析和冲突分析解耦的方法。 从公理设计和TRIZ的理论立足点、耦合和有害功能的关联性、耦合与冲突的一致性几个方面分析应用TRIZ解耦的可行性。 根据耦合和有害功能之间的关联,找到二者的结合点,提出应用物质-场分析和76个标准解进行解耦的策略,并通过实例对解耦实施的流程进行了详细阐述。 从物理部件的属性出发对功能耦合产生的原因进行分析,通过分析耦合原因将耦合和冲突相对应,提出应用冲突分析和冲突解决原理进行解耦的策略,同时通过工程实例对解耦方法的实施步骤作详细说明。 将公理设计指导产品设计的流程和提出的应用物质-场分析和冲突分析进行解耦的方法相结合,提出基于TRIZ的解耦模型。 应用基于物质-场分析和冲突分析的解耦方法对TLJ160型架桥机支腿高度调节装置进行改进,解决现有设计中对孔难及插拔销困难的问题,得到具有创新性的解决方案,验证解耦理论的正确性和实用性。
[Abstract]:The axiom of product design method is the inevitable trend of the development of design science. As a typical achievement of axiomatic method of design theory system, axiomatic design can guide designers to make correct decision through design axiom and design frame, and "zigzag" mapping is its advantage. Axiomatic design requires that the design conform to an independent axiom. A design that does not satisfy an independent axiom is called a coupling design and cannot be accepted. The product without coupling design has the greatest success probability, so decoupling can improve the design efficiency and save the cost. Based on the research results of axiomatic design and decoupling at home and abroad, a method of decoupling material field analysis and conflict analysis in TRIZ is proposed. The feasibility of applying TRIZ decoupling is analyzed from the aspects of axiomatic design and the theoretical foothold of TRIZ, the relationship between coupling and harmful functions, and the consistency of coupling and conflict. According to the relationship between coupling and harmful functions, the paper finds out the joint point of the two, and puts forward the strategy of decoupling by using matter-field analysis and 76 standard solutions, and illustrates the process of decoupling implementation in detail through an example. Based on the properties of physical components, the causes of functional coupling are analyzed. By analyzing the coupling reasons, the coupling and conflict are corresponding to each other, and the decoupling strategy based on conflict analysis and conflict resolution is put forward. At the same time, the implementation steps of decoupling method are explained in detail by an engineering example. The decoupling model based on TRIZ is proposed by combining the process of axiomatic design guiding product design with the proposed decoupling method of material-field analysis and conflict analysis. The decoupling method based on material-field analysis and conflict analysis is applied to improve the height regulating device of TLJ160 bridge erecting machine, to solve the problems of difficult hole and plug pin in the existing design, and to obtain the innovative solution. The correctness and practicability of decoupling theory are verified.
