一种新型比例调压阀的设计与研究

【摘要】:提出一种采用阀体内部缝隙流道作为压力调控机构的比例调压阀设计方案。在分析层流节流调压原理的基础上,阐述该阀的结构和工作原理,并对该阀的零位泄漏、比例调压特性和动态响应特性进行实验研究。结果表明:该比例调压阀结构简单,并具有良好的比例线性调压特性,可以在实践中得到应用。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a design scheme of proportional pressure regulating valve which adopts the crevice passage inside the valve body as the pressure regulating mechanism. On the basis of analyzing the principle of laminar throttling pressure regulation, the structure and working principle of the valve are expounded, and the zero leakage, proportional pressure regulation and dynamic response characteristics of the valve are studied experimentally. The results show that the proportional pressure regulating valve is simple in structure and has good proportional linear voltage regulation characteristics, and can be applied in practice.
