F企业生产线人机配置问题分析与仿真

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济水平的不断提升,人民生活的逐步改善,劳动力成本也随之大幅度提升。为了应对劳动力成本的提升所带来的挑战,企业都将重点放在了保证正常生产和合理设备利用率的情况下降低劳动力成本和提高生产效率。通过提高人机配置合理性来降低生产成本是增加企业竞争力的一个重要手段之一。本文主要围绕人机关系分类概述、人机配置问题解决方法、人机配置影响因素分析、人机配置问题解决方案、企业生产线的改善、仿真建模与灵敏度分析等展开深入研究,主要有以下研究内容与新成果:首先,对人机关系分类进行了概述,介绍了现有人机配置关系模型,并且简要的介绍了人机合理配置问题,并对人机配置问题的解决方法做出了归纳介绍,发现系统仿真方法最适用于研究动态复杂的人机配置问题,所以本文采用系统仿真建模的方法研究人机配置问题。其次,对F企业背景做了简单的介绍,并且对企业生产线现状也进行了特点分析,对现有人机配置问题作了分析,得出了人机配置问题影响因素并对其进行分析,找到人机合理配置解决方案,通过实施这个方案及使用相应的改善方法对企业的生产线做出了具体人机配置改善。最后,以企业实际生产情况,根据已经建立的仿真模型解决方案,利用Flexsim仿真软件构建仿真模型,用不同的参数进行仿真,对比仿真结果得出最合理的人机配置比例。对此模型进行灵敏度分析,验证其适用性,并对其效益进行了分析,最终表明利用该仿真结果能够有效降低人力成本,提高生产效率。将人机合理配置的研究结果应用于工厂生产实践,适当地提高或者优化人机配置,不仅对于企业本身有着十分积极的意义,而且对于整个中国电子产品加工制造行业都可起到一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, labor cost has been greatly increased. In order to meet the challenge brought by the increase of labor cost, enterprises focus on reducing labor cost and improving production efficiency under the condition of ensuring normal production and reasonable utilization of equipment. It is one of the important means to increase the competitiveness of enterprises to reduce the production cost by improving the rationality of man-machine allocation. This paper mainly focuses on the classification of man-machine relations, human-computer configuration problem solving methods, man-machine configuration impact factors analysis, human-machine configuration problem solutions, enterprise production line improvement, simulation modeling and sensitivity analysis, etc. The main research contents and new achievements are as follows: firstly, the classification of man-machine relationship is summarized, the existing man-machine configuration relationship model is introduced, and the problem of human-computer reasonable configuration is briefly introduced. The method of system simulation is found to be the most suitable for the study of dynamic and complex human-computer configuration problem, so the method of system simulation modeling is used to study the problem of human-computer configuration. Secondly, the background of F enterprise is briefly introduced, and the characteristics of the production line are analyzed, the problems of man-machine configuration are analyzed, and the influencing factors of human-machine configuration are obtained and analyzed. The solution of reasonable configuration of human machine is found, and the concrete man-machine configuration improvement is made by implementing this scheme and using the corresponding improvement method to improve the production line of the enterprise. Finally, according to the actual production situation of the enterprise, according to the solution of the established simulation model, the simulation model is constructed by using the Flexsim simulation software, and different parameters are used to simulate, and the most reasonable man-machine configuration ratio is obtained by comparing the simulation results. The sensitivity analysis of the model is carried out to verify its applicability, and its benefit is analyzed. Finally, it is shown that the simulation results can effectively reduce the manpower cost and improve the production efficiency. It is not only of great significance for the enterprise to apply the research results of reasonable man-machine allocation to the factory production practice, but also to improve or optimize the human-machine configuration properly. And for the entire Chinese electronic products processing and manufacturing industry can play a certain reference.
