空投水袋高空跌落冲击过程数值分析

【摘要】:目的研究空投水袋200 m高空的跌落冲击过程,验证双层超弹性材料包装方案的可行性。方法基于Ansys/LS-DYNA软件平台,以盛装5 kg饮用水的水袋为例,采用数值模拟的方法研究着陆冲击过程中水袋主要力学参数的微观变化过程,包括形状变化、节点速度及应力的变化过程,并模拟出水袋着陆冲击的破坏情况。结果水袋四周的形状、节点速度及应力参数均在着陆瞬间发生急剧变化,直至水袋破裂。结论着陆瞬间液体向四周的急剧扩散是水袋破坏的主要原因,而且着陆时水袋侧面是最容易破坏的部位。双层超弹性材料的包装方案还不能满足饮用水200 m高空的空投包装需求。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the drop impact process of air-drop water bag at 200 m altitude and verify the feasibility of double layer hyperelastic material packaging. Methods based on the Ansys/LS-DYNA software platform and taking the water bag containing 5 kg potable water as an example, the microscopic change process of the main mechanical parameters, including the shape change, of the water bag during landing impact was studied by numerical simulation. The change process of the velocity and stress of the joint is simulated, and the failure of the landing impact of the water bag is simulated. Results the shape, node velocity and stress parameters of the water bag changed sharply at the moment of landing until the bag burst. Conclusion the rapid diffusion of liquid around the landing is the main reason for the damage of the water bag, and the side of the bag is the most easily damaged part during the landing. The packing scheme of double layer hyperelastic material can not meet the requirement of air drop packing for drinking water at 200 m altitude.
