隧道掘进机推进油缸导向套防松结构研究与设计

【摘要】:隧道掘进机以其安全、快速、经济、环保的优势广泛应用于地下隧道的掘进,其中液压推进系统在掘进机上占有重要的地位,它控制着掘进机整体向前掘进。在恶劣的工况下,推进油缸会受到非周期性的振动,以螺纹为连接方式的导向套在受到振动之后容易发生松动,从而导致推进油缸不能正常工作。针对这类情况,设计出一种新型导向套防松结构,并基于有限元软件ANSYS Workbench进行仿真分析,验证了设计的合理性,提高了掘进机的安全性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:Tunnel tunneling machine is widely used in underground tunneling with its advantages of safety, speed, economy and environmental protection. Hydraulic propulsion system plays an important role in the tunneling machine, and it controls the overall heading forward of the tunneling machine. Under bad working conditions, the propulsion cylinder will be subjected to aperiodic vibration, and the guide sleeve with thread connection will easily become loose after vibration, which will lead to the failure of normal operation of the propulsion cylinder. In view of this kind of situation, a new type of guide sleeve anti-loosening structure is designed and simulated based on the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, which verifies the rationality of the design and improves the safety and reliability of the roadheader.
