制冷系统监测仪的设计及关键技术研究
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, people's demand for quality of life is higher and higher. Refrigeration system is one of the important equipments to improve people's quality of life. Refrigerators and refrigerators provide refrigerating and freezing methods to ensure fresh food, air conditioning equipment for the residents to provide a comfortable home air environment. Therefore, the maintenance and maintenance of refrigeration system becomes more and more important. Ensuring the benign operation of refrigeration system can effectively improve the living environment, save energy, and protect the environment. At present, the maintenance of refrigeration system is mainly based on the traditional mechanical and table checking method. This paper describes the development process and test results of the refrigeration system monitor and its analysis software. The system overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional operation, such as complicated operation, complex analysis, inconvenient carrying and so on. With the advantages of integration, portability, intelligence and so on, it can be effectively used in the commissioning, installation, overhaul and maintenance of refrigeration system. This paper introduces the current research situation of refrigeration system at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of refrigeration principle and maintenance strategy, the design scheme of refrigeration system monitor and its analysis software is put forward, and the realization process is described in detail. The key technologies are analyzed. After testing, the system function is perfect and the operation is stable. The refrigeration system monitor is used to measure and analyze the parameters of the refrigeration system. The system adopts ARM Cortex-M3 low power microprocessor STM32L151CB as the core, designs the hardware system of display, acquisition, communication, control and so on, and compiles the control program based on C language, which makes each module work harmoniously and uniformly. On this basis, the acquisition, calibration, power consumption, anti-interference and other key technologies are analyzed. The analysis software of refrigeration system is used to cooperate with the monitor of refrigeration system. The software is based on. Net platform of Microsoft Corporation. It uses C#WinForm programming method and SQL2005 database as data storage. Control module, communication module, data analysis module, database module, data interaction module are developed. The key techniques of data encryption, data interaction and enthalpy diagram are analyzed. Finally, the refrigeration system monitor and its analysis software are tested. First, the module test is carried out, and then the integration test is carried out under the condition that each module works normally. After the integrated test is passed, the system is placed on the test bench, and the working condition of the system in the real refrigeration system environment is tested. The test results show that the system has the advantages of perfect function, stable work, strong anti-interference, and can be used in refrigeration system.
