沈阳桃仙国际机场扩建噪声模拟及噪声防控规划

【摘要】:随着我国航空事业不断发展,机场噪声问题日益突出,如何合理地评价机场航空噪声污染程度,利用何种有效的治理方法对噪声污染进行控制已成为摆在环保部门、民航管理部门以及机场规划人员面前的重要课题。沈阳桃仙国际机场是国家一级干线民用运输机场,它的原址改造扩建可能对周边区域噪声等环境造成影响,而机场扩建后的规划布局直接关系到机场扩建后周边环境敏感点的影响程度,因此,针对机场扩建进行噪声污染模拟分析及周边环境影响防控研究是十分必要的。本论文研究目标是对沈阳桃仙国际机场扩建项目进行噪声污染模拟,掌握扩建前后的噪声影响变化情况,并根据模拟结果提出噪声防控措施和建议。主要研究内容分为三部分:第一部分从机场噪声评价量及其特点、公众影响、模拟程序等方面对机场噪声污染模拟理论进行了研究;第二部分对沈阳桃仙国际机场扩建项目及其噪声污染现状进行了详细的调查和分析,在此基础上筛选出综合噪声模型(INM),利用经参数修正后的模型对扩建项目实施前后噪声污染情况进行模拟。第三部分根据模拟结果提出噪声防控措施和建议。本研究通过软件筛选及与监测结果的比对,选定INM模型对沈阳桃仙国际机场扩建项目进行噪声污染模拟,为得到更为接近实际的模拟结果,模拟过程中考虑飞行轨迹偏离既定航线的影响,确定发散轨迹9条。根据模型筛选和修正结果与实测数据比较后可知,基于INM模型的沈阳桃仙国际机场扩建项目进行噪声污染模拟结果是可靠的,因此基于此结果提出噪声防控规划也是可行的。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of aviation industry in our country, the problem of airport noise is becoming more and more prominent. How to evaluate the degree of aviation noise pollution reasonably and how to control the noise pollution by using effective control methods has become a problem in the environmental protection department. Civil aviation management departments and airport planners in front of important issues. The Taoxian International Airport of Shenyang is a civil transportation airport of the national first class trunk line. The reconstruction and expansion of its original site may have an impact on the surrounding area, such as noise, etc. The layout of the airport after expansion is directly related to the impact of the surrounding environmental sensitive points after the expansion of the airport. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the noise pollution simulation analysis and the study of the surrounding environmental impact prevention and control for the expansion of the airport. The purpose of this paper is to simulate the noise pollution of the expansion project of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, to master the change of noise influence before and after the expansion, and to put forward some measures and suggestions for noise prevention and control according to the simulation results. The main research contents are divided into three parts: the first part studies the simulation theory of airport noise pollution from the aspects of airport noise evaluation quantity and its characteristics, public influence, simulation procedure and so on; The second part makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the expansion project of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport and the present situation of noise pollution. On this basis, a comprehensive noise model (INM), is selected. The noise pollution before and after the implementation of the expansion project is simulated by the modified model. In the third part, the noise prevention and control measures and suggestions are put forward according to the simulation results. Through software screening and comparison with monitoring results, INM model was selected to simulate noise pollution of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport expansion project, in order to get more close to the actual simulation results. In the course of simulation, considering the influence of flight trajectory deviating from the established route, 9 diverging trajectories are determined. According to the comparison between the model selection and correction results and the measured data, it can be seen that the noise pollution simulation results of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport expansion project based on INM model are reliable, so it is feasible to propose noise prevention and control planning based on the results.
