集中或离散频振源所致砼承板结构振动与噪声治理研究
[Abstract]:Many modern urban buildings are equipped with different kinds of power machines and equipments, such as fans, air conditioners, water pumps, distribution facilities and so on. Most of these facilities have the characteristics of concentrated or discrete frequency excitation sources. When running, they not only produce environmental vibration and noise, but also cause environmental vibration of building structures in a certain adjacent area through propagation. It even produces the phenomenon of secondary structure sound radiation. At present, the research and application of this kind of environmental vibration and noise treatment have been paid more and more attention. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) on the basis of testing and analyzing a class of concentrated or discrete frequency vibration sources in buildings, the typical vibration frequencies are analyzed and their laws are summarized. At the same time, based on the study of vibration mechanism, the propagation law of vibration and noise is studied. (2) the vibration characteristics of plates under different boundary conditions are analyzed. Different methods are used to study the acoustic radiation characteristics. For the simply supported plates with four sides, because of the exact analytical solution of the vibration response of the plates, the method of MATLAB programming is proposed to solve the problem directly according to the formula of radiated acoustic power. In the case of quadripartite clamping, the acoustic radiation is calculated by using the acoustic calculation software VL Acoustic after the vibration response is calculated in the ANSYS. The effects of different structural parameters of plate on acoustic radiation are studied. (3) after theoretical analysis of single and double layer vibration isolation system, the vibration noise is treated by using double layer vibration isolation method with better vibration isolation effect. A simplified model of double-layer vibration isolation is established, and several factors influencing the force transfer rate of double-layer vibration isolation system are discussed. At the same time, based on the visual programming of MATLAB GUI, a window is established to observe the effect of double-layer vibration isolation. Through the design of a double-layer vibration isolation device, the experimental results show that the vibration isolation effect is in the ideal range. The simulation and calculation of a two-layer vibration isolation system with a more widely used intermediate mass of concrete platform shows that the radiated sound power of the plate decreases obviously after the double-layer vibration isolation.
