基于通用仪器的自动测试校准技术研究
[Abstract]:In the fields of industry, agriculture and national defense, in order to make electrical equipment work properly, it is necessary to test and calibrate regularly. The traditional manual testing and calibration methods have some problems, such as low efficiency, poor repeatability and so on. The development cost of special test and calibration equipment is high and the reconfiguration is low. With the rapid development of the universal instrument technology, it is of great significance to study the automatic test and calibration technology based on the universal instrument, and to propose a system development scheme with high versatility and practicability. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, on the basis of modular automatic test technology, based on the research of the control mode of program-controlled instruments, This paper presents a modeling scheme and implementation mechanism of automated test and calibration system based on general instrument and graphical programming tool. The system structure and software development framework are presented. Aiming at the lack of program control equipment in the system, a method of information collection and control adjustment of non-program control instrument is proposed. Secondly, the hardware architecture of the automatic control and calibration system based on universal instrument is planned, and the hardware of each part is analyzed and the working mode of the interface of the instrument is designed and analyzed. This paper presents a complete interface design scheme for general interface bus controller and bottom driver. Then, based on the power test system of 2311 national defense metering station, combined with the requirement analysis, a system software architecture is proposed, and the operation interface and the data flow structure inside the program are designed. At the same time, the driver control and resource management of instrument equipment are realized by VISA and IVI. In order to give full play to the characteristics of virtual instrument plug and play, the digital multimeter and electronic load device used in the system are constructed. Digital oscilloscope and other programmable instruments are developed based on SCPI language in the automatic test and calibration system. A set of automatic test and calibration system software is developed, and several quick methods of software and other auxiliary function design are summarized and put forward. Finally, the system test platform is constructed by using the method of system construction and software development, and the results of automatic verification system and manual verification are compared with linear power supply GPS3030D. The evaluation of uncertainty in calibration term is also studied. Through simple evaluation and analysis, a method of using precision DC excitation calibration system is put forward. The calibration experiment of the system is carried out, and the precision of the system is improved, which shows the practical value of the system.
