硅橡胶阴模密封方法研究

【摘要】:针对传统密封方法在浇注光弹性模型时容易导致浇注液泄漏和模型尺寸误差大的问题,提出一种新的硅橡胶阴模密封方法。该方法采用与阴模相同的密封材料和固化工艺进行密封。齿轮光弹性模型的浇注实例表明,相同材料和固化工艺的采用使密封层与阴模成为一个整体,在不同温度和气压环境下均不会出现分离,有效避免了浇注液的渗漏;密封层厚度为阴模壁体最薄处的0.5~1.5倍,紧固力小,使模型各方向收缩膨胀均匀,降低了模型的附加变形。采用新密封方法浇注得到的光弹性模型无缺料现象,制造的齿轮内圆直径和高度的最大误差均小于2%,模型尺寸精度满足光弹性试验要求。
[Abstract]:A new sealing method of silicone rubber negative die is proposed to solve the problem that the traditional sealing method can easily lead to the leakage of pouring fluid and the large size error of the model when casting photoelastic model. This method uses the same sealing material and curing process as the negative die. The example of the pinion photoelastic model shows that the same material and curing technology make the sealing layer and the negative die as a whole and will not be separated under different temperature and pressure environment, which effectively avoids the leakage of the pouring liquid. The thickness of the sealing layer is 0.5 ~ 1.5 times that of the thinnest part of the die, and the fastening force is small, which makes the shrinkage and expansion of the model even and reduces the additional deformation of the model. The new sealing method is used to cast the photoelastic model. The maximum errors of the diameter and height of the inner circle are less than 2, and the precision of the model can meet the requirements of photoelastic test.
