减振器动刚度特性研究

【摘要】:动刚度特性是减振器设计及选型的重要指标,通过改变减振器刚度和阻尼,使系统避开共振区间,以发挥减振器最佳减振效果是目前的研究重点。针对目前减振器动刚度特性研究较少的情况,提出一种减振器的动刚度计算方法。通过静力实验获取加载和卸载的变形-力曲线,拟合得出减振器静刚度值;根据静刚度值和单自由度系统动刚度计算公式获得动刚度随频率变化规律;设计减振器动刚度验证实验。研究结果表明:该动刚度计算结果和实验结果吻合情况较好,误差平均值在6%以内,可为实际工程的减振器选型及应用提供参考。
[Abstract]:The dynamic stiffness characteristic is an important index in the design and selection of shock absorber. It is the focus of research at present to change the stiffness and damping of the absorber and make the system avoid the resonance section so as to give full play to the optimum damping effect of the absorber. In view of the lack of research on the dynamic stiffness characteristics of shock absorbers at present, a method for calculating the dynamic stiffness of shock absorbers is proposed. Through static experiment, the deformation-force curves of loading and unloading are obtained, and the static stiffness of shock absorber is obtained by fitting, and the dynamic stiffness changes with frequency according to static stiffness value and dynamic stiffness calculation formula of single degree of freedom system. The dynamic stiffness verification experiment of shock absorber is designed. The results show that the calculated results of the dynamic stiffness are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the average error is less than 6%, which can be used as a reference for the selection and application of shock absorbers in practical engineering.
