叶片式液压减振器流场特性仿真研究

【摘要】：叶片式液压减振器内部流场特性对减振器的阻尼工作性能优劣至关重要。根据叶片式液压减振器结构特性及工作原理,建立叶片式液压减振器无缝隙流场仿真模型与有缝隙流场仿真模型,并考虑减振器的粘温特性,确定减振器的流场特性,为准确研究减振器阻尼特性奠定基础。模拟得到了叶片式液压减振器模型在不同速度激励、油液温度下,相邻高、低压腔内压差大小及变化规律。结果表明,缝隙与油液温度对流场特性的影响非常明显,在进行叶片式液压减振器内部流场特性分析时,需要重点考虑,才能更为准确地把握叶片式液压减振器内部的流场特性与工作性能。该研究的研究方法可以推广到其他类型液压减振器的内部流场研究中。
[Abstract]:The internal flow field characteristics of vane hydraulic shock absorber are very important to the damping performance of the damper. According to the structure characteristic and working principle of vane hydraulic damper, the seamless flow field simulation model and the gap flow field simulation model are established. Considering the viscous temperature characteristic of the damper, the flow field characteristic of the damper is determined. It lays a foundation for the accurate study of damping characteristics of shock absorbers. The pressure difference between adjacent high and low pressure cavities under different velocity excitation and oil temperature was obtained by simulation. The results show that the effect of slit and oil temperature on the flow field is very obvious. In the analysis of the internal flow field characteristics of vane hydraulic damper, the emphasis should be put on the analysis of the flow field characteristics. In order to grasp the flow field characteristics and working performance of vane hydraulic shock absorber more accurately. The research method can be extended to the study of internal flow field of other types of hydraulic shock absorbers.
