商用空调用水性防腐底漆的制备与性能研究

【摘要】:针对商用空调涂装特点,制备了一种涂层防锈性好、干燥速度快、初期耐水性优良、可厚涂不流挂的水性双组分环氧防腐底漆。阐述了其制备工艺与漆膜性能,并探讨了主要成膜树脂、环氧固化剂、触变剂、防闪蚀助剂和颜料体积浓度(PVC)对涂膜性能的影响及作用机理。结果表明:选用水性环氧乳液树脂PZ 3961制备防腐底漆A组分,采用自制的2种非离子胺类固化剂进行复配作为B组分,A、B组分质量比为8∶1时,水性防腐底漆的综合性能最佳;添加配方体系总质量的0.5%~1.0%的防闪蚀剂,FA-579与10%亚硝酸钠溶液质量比为2∶1的混合液,能够有效防止焊缝区和死角部位锈蚀的出现;添加底漆体系配方总质量的0.6%的有机膨润土,可协助提升底漆体系的防沉淀效果,并实现厚涂不流挂。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of commercial air-conditioning coating, a kind of waterborne two-component epoxy anticorrosive primer with good rust resistance, fast drying speed, good initial water resistance and thick coating without flow hanging was prepared. The preparation technology and properties of paint film were described. The effects of main film forming resin, epoxy curing agent, thixotropic agent, anti-flashover agent and pigment volume concentration (PVC) on the performance of coating film were discussed and the mechanism of action was discussed. The results showed that the waterborne epoxy emulsion resin PZ 3961 was used to prepare component A of anticorrosive primer, and two kinds of non-ionic amine curing agents were used as component B, A, and the mass ratio of component B was 8: 1. The comprehensive performance of waterborne anticorrosive primer is the best; The addition of 0.5% / 1.0% anti-flashover inhibitor and 2:1 mixture of FA-579 and 10% sodium nitrite solution can effectively prevent the occurrence of corrosion in the weld zone and dead corner region, and the corrosion of the weld zone and the dead corner can be prevented effectively by adding the mixture of 0.5% and 1.0% of the total mass of the formulation system. Adding 0.6% of the total mass of organic bentonite to the primer system can help to improve the anti-precipitation effect of the primer system and realize the thick coating without flowing hanging.
