旋转闪蒸干燥机主轴旋转机构强度分析

【摘要】:旋转闪蒸干燥机是一种利用热空气与物料相互接触以热交换形式对物料进行干燥的对流干燥机,它具有结构紧凑,干燥强度高,能耗低,生产效率高,操作维修简便等优点。主轴旋转机构是粉碎物料主要装置,其主要在高转速、高温环境工作,所以要对旋转机构进行动力学分析以及静力学分析,判断旋转机构结构强度是否满足设计要求。本文主要通过有限元分析方法对旋转机构进行静力学及动力学分析。考虑陀螺效应,通过伪模态法得出转子系统Campbell图并计算其临界转速,考虑轴承支撑刚度对转子系统临界转速的影响。本文通过幅频响应曲线分析转子系统激励响应,分析转子系统瞬态不平衡响应,改变转子系统启动加速度观察对振动响应的影响。通过Fluent仿真分析得出流场物理参数,并将分析结果导入Workbench稳态热分析及静力学分析中求出结构热响应及结构响应,并校核其静强度是否满足设计要求。并将静力学分析结果作为预应力导入模态分析中,分析旋转机构固有振型及频率。提出改进设计方案,观察其对结构强度影响。
[Abstract]:Rotary flash dryer is a convection dryer which uses hot air and material to dry the material in the form of heat exchange. It has the advantages of compact structure, high drying intensity, low energy consumption, high production efficiency, easy operation and maintenance, etc. It has the advantages of compact structure, high drying intensity, low energy consumption, high production efficiency and easy operation and maintenance. The spindle rotating mechanism is the main device for crushing materials, which works in high speed and high temperature environment. Therefore, the dynamic analysis and statics analysis of the rotating mechanism should be carried out to determine whether the structural strength of the rotating mechanism meets the design requirements. In this paper, the statics and dynamics of rotating mechanism are analyzed by finite element method. Considering gyro effect, the Campbell diagram of rotor system is obtained by pseudo-mode method, and the critical speed of rotor system is calculated. The effect of bearing support stiffness on critical speed of rotor system is considered. In this paper, the amplitude-frequency response curve is used to analyze the excitation response of the rotor system, the transient unbalanced response of the rotor system is analyzed, and the influence of the starting acceleration of the rotor system on the vibration response is changed. The physical parameters of the flow field are obtained by Fluent simulation, and the thermal response and structural response of the structure are obtained by Workbench steady-state thermal analysis and statics analysis, and the static strength of the structure is checked to meet the design requirements. The statics analysis results are taken as prestressing force into the modal analysis to analyze the natural vibration modes and frequencies of the rotating mechanism. An improved design scheme is put forward to observe the influence of the design on the structural strength.
