VR技术在以色彩视觉效果为核心的产品外观设计方法中的应用研究
[Abstract]:This paper is a special and in-depth study based on the research of the author's mentor. After a long period of professional practice and research, the author summarizes the characteristics of product design by the concept of "form filling". "form filling" refers to the product structure, function, technology and so on, which is the leading factor in product design. First design the basic structure and shape of the product, then add color matching design. This design method plays an important role in the initial stage of product design. It has made a great contribution to the production of enterprises and the improvement of people's life, but at the same time, it has also formed the problems of "homogenization" and the difficulty of product appearance innovation and so on. In order to change the present situation and avoid the appearance of products falling into the vortex of homogenization, the author has designed and developed a product design method with "color visual effect as the core" on the basis of the analysis and summary of the problems existing in the present design. This method refers to the visual effect of the color as the center of the design scheme, taking the function attribute of the product, the user emotion and other factors as the starting point in the design of the product design, and the designer first conceive the satisfying function. Structure and other requirements of the visual effect of color, and then construct the corresponding three-dimensional shape, and then explore the comprehensive effect of color and form, and further from the user, product function, structure, material and other perspectives, design color, form, and so on. Finally get the color shape fit, reasonable product appearance. This design method can break through the limitation of "filling color with shape" and design a novel and emotional product image. Color conception is one of the core tasks of the product design method with the color visual effect as the core. However, when we use the tools such as hand-drawing, design software and other tools commonly used today to carry on the design conception, Designers need to have a strong sense of color and space imagination, the design is more difficult. The author focuses on this problem and explores the possibility of using VR technology to assist in the conception of color visual effects. VR technology is famous for immersive experience and has been used in business, education, training and other fields. 2016, Google company officially released Tilt Brush software, so that VR technology into the field of design creation. Under the guidance of the tutor, the author has carried out the product design practice with this software. It is found that the VR technology can improve the quality and efficiency of the color conception and reduce the difficulty of the design of the color conception. Thus, it is convenient to apply and popularize the product design method with the color visual effect as the core, and provides a new method and means for the design.
