论基于个性化量产的定制化设计

【摘要】:为提高定制化产品的设计水平,完善定制化产品的设计及生产模式,文章以个性化量产为基础,研究探讨基于个性化量产的定制化设计对策,力图通过设计的手段提高定制化产品的品质,降低定制化成本,关注科技、文化对定制化产品的设计提升力,满足不同用户的个性化需求。文章主张通过设计优化定制化产品的设计,在充分尊重产品个性化的同时,进行中小批量生产,降低产品成本,关注普通消费者的个性化需求,在进行个性化量产的同时注重资源节约与环境的保护,使定制化产品真正成为独特的、创新的、科技的、文化的个性化产品。 文章综合运用调查法、概念分析法、比较研究法、跨学科研究法、个案研究法等方法,通过对定制化发展背景及现状进行研究,总结出定制化发展存在的问题,引出个性化量产这一定制类型,并对其进行设计分析,探讨设计与个性化量产之间的关系,研究个性化量产的分类及产品组合方式,结合个性化量产的设计影响因素,,旨在探讨基于个性化量产的定制化设计对策。 通过研究发现,从需求、科技、文化三个层面进行设计开发,有助于提高个性化定制产品的品质,优化定制化的设计生产方式。文章指出,产品设计应满足用户的差异性需求,通过科技助推个性化量产实现,借助文化充实个性化设计内涵。因此,要对用户需求进行设计获取、设计规范与设计引导;通过科技增加个性化产品价值,优化个性化量产的设计生产模式,引导个性化消费潮流;通过文化丰富个性化产品内涵,加强文化元素的提取与设计转化,增强文化在个性化量产中的服务体验。此外,文章分析探讨了定制化设计的发展趋势及应注意的问题,指出定制化是制造业发展的重要方式之一,个性化需求将逐步增大,个性化技术将逐步发展,平价定制逐步发展,个性化量产的模式创新多样,产品更加成熟,企业逐步由生产型向生产服务型转变。在定制化发展过程中,应注意个性化与标准化的“度”、资源浪费与环境污染、消费者信息安全、定制成本与速度等问题。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the design level of customized products and perfect the design and production mode of customized products, this paper studies and discusses the countermeasures of customized design based on individualized mass production on the basis of individualized mass production. Through the means of design, we try to improve the quality of customized products, reduce the cost of customization, pay attention to the design and promotion of customized products by science, technology and culture, and meet the personalized needs of different users. This paper advocates that through the design and optimization of the design of customized products, while fully respecting the individualization of products, small and medium-sized mass production should be carried out, the cost of products should be reduced, and the personalized needs of ordinary consumers should be paid attention to. While carrying out individualized mass production, we should pay attention to resource saving and environmental protection, so that customized products can really become unique, innovative, scientific and technological, cultural personalized products. By using the methods of investigation, conceptual analysis, comparative research, cross-disciplinary research and case study, this paper summarizes the existing problems of customized development through the study of the background and present situation of customized development. This paper introduces the custom type of individualized mass production, and analyzes its design, probes into the relationship between design and individualized mass production, studies the classification and product combination mode of individualized mass production, and combines the design influencing factors of individualized mass production. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the customized design strategy based on personalized mass production. Through the research, it is found that the design and development from the three aspects of demand, science and technology and culture is helpful to improve the quality of personalized custom products and optimize the customized design mode of production. The paper points out that product design should meet the different needs of users, promote individualized mass production through science and technology, and enrich the connotation of individualized design with the help of culture. Therefore, it is necessary to design and obtain the needs of users, design specifications and design guidance, increase the value of personalized products through science and technology, optimize the design and production mode of personalized mass production, and guide the trend of personalized consumption. Through enriching the connotation of personalized products, strengthening the extraction and design transformation of cultural elements, and enhancing the service experience of culture in individualized mass production. In addition, this paper analyzes and discusses the development trend of customized design and the problems that should be paid attention to, and points out that customization is one of the important ways of manufacturing development, personalized demand will gradually increase, personalized technology will gradually develop. With the gradual development of parity customization, the mode of individualized mass production is innovative and diverse, the products are more mature, and the enterprises are gradually changing from production type to production service type. In the process of customization, attention should be paid to the "degree" of individualization and standardization, resource waste and environmental pollution, consumer information security, customization cost and speed, and so on.
