新录用公务员心理压力现状与应对策略

【摘要】：正现阶段是社会转型的关键时期,在政府职能积极向服务型转变的大背景下,各级政府部门对青年公务员的素质和能力要求越来越高,青年公务员群体的职业压力日益增大,甚至出现了紧张焦虑、适应性障碍等心理问题。如何做好自我心理调适与应对,如何加强单位内部的疏导工作,对于青年公务员,尤其是新录用公务员队伍的健康成长有着重大意义,他们的心理健康状况不仅关乎其自身素质的提高,更直接影响着公共管理
[Abstract]:Is this stage is a key period of social transformation, in the background of government functions to the service changes under the requirements of government departments at all levels of quality and ability of young civil servants is more and more high, occupation pressure of the young civil servants is increasing, and even anxiety, psychological adaptation problems. How to do a self psychological adjustment with the response, how to strengthen the internal counseling work for young civil servants, especially is of great significance to the healthy growth of new civil servants team, their mental health is not only related to its own quality, more directly affect the public management
