【摘要】:本文以S中烟公司为研究对象,在广泛借鉴国内外物流理论和物流整合创新经验的基础上,就如何在新的市场竞争环境下,构建适应烟草行业发展的全新的现代物流管理体系进行了深入研究,为提高S中烟公司的企业核心竞争力整体实力,促进S中烟公司可持续健康发展提供思路和借鉴。本文采用了理论与实践相结合的研究方法,借鉴国内外烟草行业的先进管理模式,并通过实地考察,对S中烟公司物流管理面临的社会环境、行业影响、发展要求进行了深入的分析,着眼于企业未来的发展需要,确定了S中烟公司建设新的现代物流体系的原则、原则和目标,分析了构建新物流体系面临的主要任务及重点工程,在此基础上提出了S中烟公司新物流体系构建的实施方案及保障措施。本文的研究重点是S中烟公司新物流体系的构建目标和构建体系。近年来,S中烟公司的物流管理取得了一定成效,但与企业发展的需求还存在一定差距,主要体现在:物流内部一体化程度不高,物流资源整合度不够,物流管理体制不健全,物流信息化水平发展不衔接,物流管控流程有待进一步优化等。以上问题的存在,客观上增加了管理节点,拉长了供应链的管理链条,市场快速反应慢,作业效率低下,物流管理成本居高不下,不能满足企业管理精益化、可持续发展的要求。针对以上问题,按S中烟公司新物流体系的原则和要求,本文分别从业务流程整合及流程优化,供应物流、生产物流、销售物流体系的架构,物流信息化和物联网系统平台建设,物流绩效评价体系,物流核算体系五个方面,提出了S中烟公司新物流体系构建方案。S中烟公司新物流体系的构建涉及企业内部和外部多个纬度、多个层面,打破原有的管理架构,实施业务流程重组,具体实施过程中需要从组织架构、人力资源、财务核算、设备和信息化、客户关系、服务等多个方面着手,做好保障措施,打通体系构建的瓶颈,在较短时间内建立起新的物流保障和管理体系,为企业的长期健康可持续发展奠定基础。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the S tobacco company as the research object, based on extensive reference of domestic and international logistics theory and logistics integration and innovation experience, how in the new competitive market environment, the development of the tobacco industry to build a new modern logistics management system is studied, in order to improve the core competitiveness of the S tobacco company in the whole enterprise the strength, to provide ideas and reference to promote the sustainable and healthy development of S tobacco company. This paper uses the research method of combining theory and practice, learn the advanced management mode of tobacco industry at home and abroad, and through on-the-spot investigation, on the face of tobacco company logistics management S in the social environment, industry influence, development requirements are analyzed, focusing on the future development of the enterprise needs, determine the principles and principles S tobacco company in the construction of a new modern logistics system, analyzes the construction of key projects and the main task facing the new logistics system, based on the proposed implementation plan to build a new logistics system of S tobacco company and safeguard measures. The research focus of this paper is the construction target and construction system of the new logistics system of S China tobacco company. In recent years, logistics management S tobacco company has achieved certain results, but with the needs of enterprise development there are still some gaps, mainly reflected in: the degree of internal logistics integration is not high, logistics resources integration is not enough, the logistics management system is not perfect, the level of logistics information development does not converge, logistics management processes need to be further optimized. The above problems increase management nodes objectively, lengthen the management chain of supply chain, slow market reaction, low operation efficiency and high cost of logistics management, which can not meet the requirements of lean and sustainable development of enterprise management. To solve the above problems, according to the principles and requirements of the new logistics system of S tobacco company, this paper from the business process integration and process optimization, supply logistics, production logistics, sales logistics system architecture, construction of logistics informatization and networking platform, logistics performance evaluation system, five aspects of logistics accounting system, put forward the construction of a new scheme of logistics system of S tobacco company. The construction involves internal and external dimensions, multiple levels of the new logistics system of S tobacco company, breaking the original management structure, business process reengineering, the need to proceed from the aspects of organizational structure, human resources, financial accounting, equipment and information technology, customer relationship and service specific implementation process, good security measures to get through the bottleneck of system construction, establish a new logistics support and management system in a relatively short period of time, to lay the foundation for the sustainable development of the long-term health of enterprises.
