美食林连锁超市供应链管理研究

【摘要】：在当今全球物流经济已经进入了供应链管理时代，我国的连锁企业同样要面对需求不断变化的买方市场和外资连锁经营企业不断涌入国内市场的发展态势。在这种形式下，我国的连锁经营企业要坚持不断探索、不断提升自身供应链管理的水平，才能应对竞争激烈的市场。本文研究的目的是通过对美食林连锁超市供应链的研究，为以连锁经营方式下的供应链管理提供理论的指导，并针对美食林连锁超市供应链管理中存在的问题提出解决方案和相应的保障措施。首先，本文研究了国内外关于供应链管理的理论研究现状，探讨了国内外学者对供应链和供应链管理提出的相关理论观点，为美食林连锁超市的供应链管理研究奠定理论基础。其次，通过从采购管理、库存管理、物流管理和销售管理四个方面分别提出了国内外典型连锁企业供应链发展现状，并提出四点国内外连锁超市供应链管理可借鉴的因素。再次，分析了美食林连锁超市的在采购管理、库存和物流管理、销售管理以及信息系统整合方面的现状，提出其在存在信息技术建设、人员分配、工作流程以及部门协作之间的问题。最后，构建了美食林连锁超市一体化供应链管理模型，并从完善供应商评价体系、与供应商形成战略联盟、有效地激励措施、降低运营成本以及加大政府的扶持力度几个方面，，提出了其实施供应链管理的相关保障措施。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the global logistics economy has entered the era of supply chain management. The chain enterprises in our country also have to face the changing demand of the buyer market and the foreign chain operation enterprises constantly pour into the domestic market. In this form, the chain management enterprises of our country should persist in exploring constantly. Only by improving the level of supply chain management can we cope with the fierce competition in the market. The purpose of this study is to study the supply chain of food forest supermarket chain. This paper provides theoretical guidance for the supply chain management under the mode of chain operation, and puts forward solutions and corresponding safeguard measures in view of the problems existing in the supply chain management of gourmet food forest chain supermarkets. First of all, this paper studies the current situation of supply chain management at home and abroad, and discusses the domestic and foreign scholars on supply chain and supply chain management related theoretical views. It lays a theoretical foundation for the supply chain management of food forest supermarket chain. Secondly, through the procurement management, inventory management, logistics management and sales management four aspects, respectively, the domestic and foreign typical chain enterprise supply chain development status. And put forward four domestic and foreign chain supermarket supply chain management can draw lessons from the factors. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the current situation of the food forest supermarket in procurement management, inventory and logistics management, sales management and information system integration, and puts forward its existing information technology construction, personnel distribution. Issues between workflow and departmental collaboration. Finally, this paper constructs the integrated supply chain management model of food forest supermarket, and from the perspective of perfecting supplier evaluation system, forming strategic alliance with suppliers, effective incentive measures. In order to reduce the operation cost and increase the government's support, this paper puts forward the relevant safeguard measures to implement the supply chain management.
