煤电资源产业链结构与创新融资模式研究

【摘要】：本文通过对煤电产业链市场结构的解构和分析,探寻煤电产业链矛盾的实质和产生的原因,结合目前行业产业链的现状,深层次剖析行业结构,摸索出煤电行业企业产业链创新的融资模式。通过理论探讨目前的市场结构中存在的问题,尝试探索影响煤电产业链关系选择的依据,并结合资源产业企业以往的融资模式,通过优质资源产业企业为核心,展开核心企业上下游业务合作的通道延伸为方法,得到最优的融资手段来更好地解决目前的煤电矛盾和资金匹配问题。通过资源产业的核心企业供应链的业务关系为主线,解决企业在发展中创新融资模式问题,打通核心企业及上下游企业的融资通道,从而实现各利益主体的多赢格局。
[Abstract]:Based on the deconstruction and analysis of the market structure of coal industry chain, to explore the essence of the coal industry chain contradictions and causes, combined with the current status of the industrial chain, deep analysis of industry structure, develop innovation of coal industry enterprises of the industrial chain financing model. Based on the theory of market structure in the current problem, try to explore the influence of selection of coal industry chain on the basis of the relationship, and based on the resources industry enterprise financing mode through the high quality resources industry enterprises as the core, the core enterprise expansion on the downstream business cooperation channel extension method, the optimal means of financing to better solve the contradiction between coal and the problem of matching funds through the core enterprise resource. Industry supply chain business relations, solve the enterprise in the development of innovative financing mode, open up the upstream and downstream enterprises and core enterprises Financing channels, thus realizing the multi win pattern of various interests.
