【摘要】:直销是我国近年逐渐兴起的一种营销方式,在世界很多国家,直销模式在整个销售市场占有举足轻重的地位。从20实际90年代,国外直销理念在国内登陆后,国内外众多直销企业迅速发展并盛行。如今中国直销行业在国内已经历了将近30个年头,,部分合乎规则的企业已经变成航母级的企业。但随着企业的快速发展,因直销的销售特点及中国企业对于供应链管理的欠缺,导致很多直销企业出现了库存过高,生产成本居高不下等问题。 本文以供应链管理理论为指导,分析了直销市场的发展潜力,以及供应链管理在直销企业的重要作用。结合天狮集团供应链管理的工作经验,系统分析了公司供应链管理存在的问题,并具体就订单管理、OEM的选择、供应商的管理和库存管理几个方面提出了相应的解决方案和改善建议,以推动本企业的供应链层面的自我提升和完善。这些工作的实施,为公司带来了显著的经济效益,使公司部分资材的采购成本持续降低,到货及时率和一检合格率不断提高。论文的研究成果为直销企业通过供应链管理提高竞争力提供了可供借鉴的理论指导。
[Abstract]:Direct selling is a kind of marketing method which is rising gradually in our country in recent years. In many countries of the world, direct selling mode occupies a pivotal position in the whole sales market. After the foreign direct selling concept landed at home and abroad, many direct selling enterprises at home and abroad developed rapidly and prevailed. Nowadays, China's direct selling industry has experienced nearly 30 years in China. Some regular enterprises have become aircraft carrier class enterprises. But with the rapid development of enterprises, because of the sales characteristics of direct sales and the lack of supply chain management in Chinese enterprises. As a result, many direct-selling enterprises have high inventory, high production costs and other problems. Under the guidance of supply chain management theory, this paper analyzes the development potential of direct selling market and the important role of supply chain management in direct selling enterprises, combined with the working experience of supply chain management in Tianshi Group. This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the supply chain management of the company, and puts forward the corresponding solutions and improvement suggestions on the selection of OEM for order management, the management of suppliers and inventory management. In order to promote the self-improvement and perfection of the supply chain, the implementation of these work has brought significant economic benefits to the company, and the purchasing cost of some materials has been continuously reduced. The research results of this paper provide theoretical guidance for direct selling enterprises to improve their competitiveness through supply chain management.
