低碳约束下供应网络上下游企业合作机制研究

【摘要】：基于供应链管理研究的理论和方法，针对全球变暖对供应网络中企业竞争格局的影响问题，以低碳约束下供应网络结构设计为中心，循序研究了低碳约束下供应网络上下游企业合作机制问题，研究主要集中在以下几方面：（1）低碳约束下供应网络上下游企业协调机制问题。低碳经济背景下，企业为了应对经济环境和自然环境变化，，必须充分利用资源杠杆，在供应网络范围内协调优化包括碳排放量在内的各种资源，因此供应网络上下游企业的合作至关重要。研究表明，低碳约束下零售商驱动的二级供应网络收益共享契约能够提高产品的碳减排率，增加双方的利润，使制造商和零售商实现双赢。（2）供应网络上下游企业合作减排策略问题。考虑由供应商和制造商组成的两层供应链，进行合作减排的低碳化策略，并采用非线性规划的方法建立模型，求解出各个参与方的最优碳排放量，使得企业优化配置碳排放，达到帕累托改进。（3）低碳约束下供应网络结构设计问题。研究了低碳约束下供应网络结构，并利用成本函数，分析了政府在低碳经济中的关键作用，提出企业借助供应网络合作企业优势降低碳排放水平的发展策略，通过对建立的双层规划模型进行分析，发现碳交易相关企业在供应网络低碳化发展中发挥重要作用，为企业实践提供理论依据。（4）低碳供应网络风险源的识别与控制策略问题。在分析低碳供应网络风险识别框架的基础上，研究考虑消费者低碳偏好时，碳配额约束下由生产企业和供应商组成的二级供应链风险协调问题，进而提出了供应网络风险控制策略，从而为企业实践提供针对性指导。基于上述研究，本文为低碳约束下供应网络上下游企业的合作提供了理论和实践指导。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory and method of supply chain management, aiming at the influence of global warming on the competition pattern of enterprises in supply network, this paper focuses on the design of supply network structure under low carbon constraints. In this paper, the cooperation mechanism of upstream and downstream enterprises under low carbon constraints is studied in sequence. The research focuses on the following aspects:. In the context of low-carbon economy, enterprises must make full use of resource leverage in order to cope with changes in economic environment and natural environment. Coordination and optimization of resources, including carbon emissions, within supply networks, so cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises on supply networks is essential. The profit-sharing contract of secondary supply network driven by retailers under low carbon constraints can improve the carbon emission reduction rate of products, increase the profits of both parties, and make manufacturers and retailers achieve win-win situation. (2) supply network upstream and downstream enterprise cooperative emission reduction strategy. Considering a two-tier supply chain composed of suppliers and manufacturers, a low carbonization strategy for cooperative emission reduction is considered, and a nonlinear programming method is used to build a model. The optimal carbon emissions of each participant are calculated, which makes the enterprise optimize the allocation of carbon emissions and achieve Pareto improvement. In this paper, the supply network structure under low carbon constraint is studied, and the key role of government in low carbon economy is analyzed by using cost function. Based on the analysis of the bilevel programming model, it is found that carbon trading related enterprises play an important role in the development of low-carbon supply network. To provide theoretical basis for enterprise practice. On the basis of analyzing the framework of low carbon supply network risk identification, the paper studies the low carbon preference of consumers when considering the low carbon supply network risk source identification and control strategy. Under the carbon quota constraint, the secondary supply chain risk coordination problem composed of the production enterprise and the supplier is proposed, and then the supply network risk control strategy is put forward, which provides the targeted guidance for the enterprise practice. Based on the above research, this paper provides theoretical and practical guidance for the cooperation of upstream and downstream enterprises in supply networks under low carbon constraints.
