【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化进程的发展,全球制造业、流通业、服务业发生了革命性的变化,这些变化体现在企业之间的竞争演变成供应链之间的竞争,目标就是使整条供应链的价值最大化,达到供应链整体效率最优。 首先,本文对供应链企业的形成、业务模式及供应链管理进行分析研究,提出供应链企业发展中所面临的挑战。然后引入A供应链企业做为案例分析对象,分析了企业的服务内容、商业模式、盈利模式及企业产生的经济价值,同时,企业在面对国内、外诸多竞争者中,存在客户对服务品牌识别度低、供应链专业人才缺乏及理财收益不稳定的问题。本文以理论联系实际的方法,从企业存在的宏观形态到具体微观现状入手,以大环境分析、五力模型分析、SWOT分析和SQPM矩阵为理论依据,对A供应链企业进行了定性分析和定量分析,确定企业整体发展战略目标及战略重点,完成A供应链企业发展战略制定、战略选择。为保障企业发展战略的顺利实施,通过开展体制机制与组织协调、人才队伍建设、品牌运作执行、产业集成发展、资本运营等实施,对A企业战略实施提供了保障措施。最后,总结了A供应链企业发展战略实施研究并进行展望,从而实现企业的长久发展。 通过对目标企业的研究,可以对从事供应链的企业建立自身发展战略提供方向性的指引,同时对研究供应链理论的发展和实践提供借鉴和新思路。对整个行业的未来发展、运作价值能提供新的思路,同时,起到抛砖引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, the global manufacturing, circulation and service industries have undergone revolutionary changes, which are reflected in the evolution of competition between enterprises into the competition between supply chains. The goal is to maximize the value of the whole supply chain and achieve the optimal overall efficiency of the supply chain. First of all, this paper analyzes the formation, business model and supply chain management of supply chain enterprises, puts forward the challenges faced by supply chain enterprises, and then introduces A supply chain enterprises as a case study object. This paper analyzes the service content, business model, profit model and the economic value generated by the enterprise. At the same time, in the face of many domestic and foreign competitors, there is a low degree of customer recognition of the service brand. Supply chain professionals are short of talents and financial returns are unstable. In this paper, from the macroscopic form of enterprises to the specific microcosmic situation, the author analyzes the situation of the supply chain by the method of integrating theory with practice. Based on the analysis of five forces model and SQPM matrix, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of A supply chain enterprises are carried out, and the overall development strategic objectives and strategic emphases of the enterprises are determined, and the development strategy of A supply chain enterprises is completed. Strategic choice. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the enterprise development strategy, through the implementation of institutional mechanism and organizational coordination, talent team building, brand operation implementation, industrial integration development, capital operation, etc., Finally, the research on the implementation of the development strategy of A supply chain enterprise is summarized and the prospect is given, so as to realize the long-term development of the enterprise. Through the research of the target enterprises, it can provide the directional guidance for the enterprises engaged in the supply chain to establish their own development strategy, at the same time, it can provide reference and new ideas for the study of the development and practice of the supply chain theory, and it will be helpful to the future development of the whole industry. Operational value can provide new ideas, at the same time, play the role of a brick.
