安美特基于寄售模式的供应流程优化研究

【摘要】:寄售库存(Consignment Stock,CS)是供应链协调的一种方式,它是指供应商将出售的货物寄存在买方的仓库中,在货物没有被买方使用之前,货物的所有权归供应商,买方只有在使用货物后才需要支付费用。实施寄售库存对买卖双方均能带来很大的利益。对买方来说,供应商可以保证其仓库的存量介于最低库存水平与最高库存水平之间,从而大大降低了缺货断料的风险;在一定时间的范围内,不必支付任何资金给供应商,因而不用承担与库存相关的资金风险,并减少了资金占用的成本。对供应商来说,,可以根据买方的要求,灵活的安排自己的生产计划;可以降低自己的库存空间,减少承担与产品存储空间相关的成本,在极端的情况下,甚至可以利用零库存的仓库来存储自己的产品。对买卖双方来说,可以降低甚至消除牛鞭效应;买卖双方可以形成长期的战略合作伙伴;可以提高整个供应链的响应速度,使双方利润最大化。 目前国内大多数电子制造企业为了降低风险,与供应商的合作方式均采用寄售的营销与库存模式。在寄售的库存模式与买方处于明显优势的情况下,供应商在保证客户仓库不出现断料停产的状况下,如何签订相关寄售协议与优化供应流程来达到最大程度减低自身的财务风险及公司可持续性发展就成为非常重要的研究课题。 安美特(ATO)作为道达尔(TOTAL)石油化工集团的下属公司,是全球领先为通用五金电镀(General Metal Finishing)提供技术及服务为印刷电路板(Printed CircuitBoard)提供化学药品和设备的供应商。目前安美特与其主要的客户均按照寄售的营销模式操作。在目前现有的寄售协议下(固定的产品价格,最高一个月的库存使用量,每月出货2次),通过建立相关的数据模型,在保证客户仓库不出现断料停工的风险下,如何具体优化现有的操作流程与需要附加的寄售协议,达到尽可能低的降低公司财务风险的程度。 本文针对寄售库存模式下的一个具体案例分析研究,优化供应流程作业及需要附加的寄售协议解决现实存在的实际问题。通过此案例,本文希望针对寄售库存模式提出更加完善的流程作业与寄售协议。
[Abstract]:Consignment Stock CSs is a form of supply chain coordination in which the supplier stores the goods sold in the buyer's warehouse, and the ownership of the goods is vested in the supplier before the goods are used by the buyer. The buyer has to pay only after using the goods. The implementation of consignment inventory can bring great benefits to both buyers and sellers. For the buyer, the supplier can ensure that the stock of its warehouse is between the minimum inventory level and the highest inventory level. This greatly reduces the risk of running out of stock; within a certain period of time, there is no need to pay any funds to suppliers, so they do not have to bear the capital risks associated with inventory and reduce the cost of capital occupation. According to the buyer's request, can arrange their own production plan flexibly; can reduce their own inventory space, reduce the cost associated with product storage space, in extreme cases, You can even use a zero-inventory warehouse to store your products. For buyers and sellers, the bullwhip effect can be reduced or even eliminated; buyers and sellers can form long-term strategic partners; they can increase the response speed of the entire supply chain. Maximize the profits of both parties. In order to reduce the risk, most domestic electronic manufacturing enterprises adopt consignment marketing and inventory mode in order to reduce the risk. How to sign the consignment agreement and optimize the supply process to minimize the financial risk and the sustainable development of the company becomes a very important research topic for the supplier under the condition that the customer warehouse does not run out of materials and stop production. Ato, as a subsidiary of Total Totall Petrochemical Group, is a global leader in providing technology and services to General hardware Electroplating General Metal finishing. A supplier of chemicals and equipment for printed Circuit Board (PCB). Ammett and its main customers operate in consignment mode. Under the current consignment agreement (fixed product price), The maximum monthly inventory usage, shipping twice a month, through the establishment of the relevant data model, how to optimize the existing operation process and need additional consignment agreement in order to ensure that the customer warehouse will not be cut off. Achieve the lowest possible reduction of the company's financial risk. In this paper, a specific case study on consignment inventory mode is presented to optimize the supply process and to solve the practical problems with additional consignment agreements. This paper hopes to put forward a more perfect process operation and consignment agreement for consignment inventory mode.
