供应链环境下的新生活公司库存管理改进研究

【摘要】:供应链环境下的库存管理方法研究,强力影响了库存管理理论及新生产计划、新信息技术的广泛应用,库存管理的研究已经由企业单一库存最优慢慢提高到整个供应链库存最优,供应链环境下的库存管理问题也是供应链管理的重要内容之一。供应链环境下的库存量不仅影响着企业的库存成本,也牵制着整条供应链的性能,是实现集成管理下的供应链管理的关键所在。供应链管理理论诞生,传统的库存控制理论就会面临着挑战。传统的理论研究侧重于优化单一企业的库存成本,强调企业间的协作、共享信息。从快速消费品行业发展的角度来讲,行业的发展严重依赖物流、资金流、信息流、人流等各方因素的高效、协同、合作,尤其是作为创造时间价值、场所价值和服务价值的物流,始终贯穿于各类型商品或服务的整个流通节点,运营机制的强与弱影响的是各行业的经济效益和发展前景。供应链环境下的库存管理与控制是经典的多级库存问题。多级库存控制的方法一是分布式策略,二是集中式策略,也就是非中心化策略与中心化策略。非中心化是库存节点单独的库存策略,管理简单,信息共享是其主要强调的。中心化是所有库存节点的库存策略,相互关联,通过协调来优化库存。供应链管理无论是理念还是实践上,都受到人们的关注。库存不是孤立存在的,它在供销链中与营销、生产、采购、仓储、运输各节点紧密联系在一起,它同所有涉及物料的业务实现信息集成。库存管理在供应链管理中是重要的,人们一直倍加关注。 本文以供应链管理、库存管理与控制理论为依据,以新生活公司RDC库存管理中出现的困难为切入点,改进RDC的库存管理模式,如何以需求合理降低供应链中的库存量,获得最优补货策略的方法,,并达到合理配置企业资源,加快物料在供应链上快速移动,从而最低占用资金和取得最大收益的目的。基于需求管理为基础的库存管理的理论,并结合直销行业的实际情况,构建了包括RDC预测、计划和补给模块的直销系统终端库存管理模型,分析各个模块的运营方式,重点研究了协同预测、协同补货两方面内容。在直销系统库存管理模型的基础上,结合快速消费品营销的运营实际,构建两个平台系统,一个是全面的物流计划平台(LPS),一个完成面向终端用户的快速拣货系统(DPS),来满足日益增长的用户需求和市场商品需求,以保RDC的库存在合理范国波动,以加快终端库存的快速周转,来带动整个供应链的快速流动,达到获取最大化的社会效益和经济效益,同时为完成这个设计与项目的完美实施,在组织、资金、技术、制度等多方面论证,给予充分的保证措施,来完成该设计项目。
[Abstract]:The research of inventory management method in supply chain environment has strongly influenced the wide application of inventory management theory, new production plan and new information technology. The research of inventory management has been gradually improved from single inventory optimization to the whole supply chain inventory optimization. Inventory management in the supply chain environment is also one of the important contents of supply chain management. The inventory in the supply chain environment not only affects the inventory cost of the enterprise, but also restricts the performance of the whole supply chain. It is the key to realize the supply chain management under the integrated management. The traditional inventory control theory will face the challenge when the supply chain management theory is born. The traditional theoretical research focuses on optimizing the inventory cost of a single enterprise. Emphasizing the cooperation and sharing of information among enterprises. From the perspective of the development of the fast moving consumer goods industry, the development of the industry depends heavily on the efficiency, cooperation and cooperation of various factors, such as logistics, capital flow, information flow, people flow, etc. Especially as the logistics that create time value, place value and service value, it always runs through the whole circulation node of all kinds of goods or services, The strong and weak influence of operation mechanism is the economic benefits and development prospects of various industries. Inventory management and control in supply chain environment is a classical multi-level inventory problem. The methods of multi-level inventory control are distributed strategy and centralized strategy. Decentralization is a separate inventory strategy for inventory nodes, and simple management, information sharing is its main emphasis. Centralization is the inventory strategy of all inventory nodes, which is related to each other. Supply chain management is not isolated, it is closely related to marketing, production, procurement, warehousing and transportation nodes in the chain of supply and marketing. Inventory management is important in supply chain management and people pay more attention to it. Based on the theory of supply chain management, inventory management and control, and taking the difficulties in RDC inventory management of New Life Company as the breakthrough point, this paper improves the inventory management mode of RDC, and how to reasonably reduce the inventory in supply chain based on demand. The method of obtaining the optimal restocking strategy and achieving the purpose of reasonably allocating enterprise resources, speeding up the rapid movement of materials in the supply chain, so as to minimize the use of funds and to obtain the maximum profit, etc. Based on the theory of inventory management based on demand management, Combined with the actual situation of direct selling industry, the terminal inventory management model of direct selling system including RDC prediction, plan and supply module is constructed, and the operation mode of each module is analyzed. Based on the inventory management model of direct selling system and the operation practice of fast moving consumer goods marketing, two platform systems are constructed. One is a comprehensive logistics planning platform, the RDC, a fast picking system for end-users, to meet the growing demand of customers and the market for commodities, in order to ensure that the RDC inventory is reasonably in Fan Guobo Movement. To speed up the rapid turnover of the terminal inventory, to drive the rapid flow of the entire supply chain, to achieve the maximum social and economic benefits, and to complete the design and the perfect implementation of the project, in the organization, capital, technology, System and other aspects of the argument, to give adequate assurance measures to complete the design project.
