SMT上料防错ERP系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:近些年,随着电子产业的兴起,尤其是电子元器件的高速发展,以及集成电子电路的创新开发,使得电子产品不断的向小型化发展,而电子产品的功能却更加的丰富,这些电子产品大多采用大规模、高集成电路,在制造过程中采用时下最为流行的表面贴装技术(SMT,Surface Mounted Technology)。表面贴装技术的生产过程中采用速运转的设备,这些设备具有大批量生产和工艺精密的特点,这些特点决定了在SMT生产过程中不能出现差错,否则会造成材料错误,而导致产品不良报废,人力成本攀高和设备折旧成本增高。因而迫切的需要防错措施,以减少因表面贴装生产线的原料错误所造成的生产损失,由此SMT防错系统就应运而生。此论文根据表面贴装技术(SMT)生产线的特点,结合苏州A公司已有的物料供应链系统,以及苏州A公司对改进表面贴装技术生产线的预算,论述了基于C/S体系结构,采用Visual FoxPro编程技术,以及SQL Server数据库技术开发设计SMT上料防错ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)系统。本文从系统需求分析,系统设计,系统实现和测试这几个方面阐述了系统的建立。需求分析部分通过对苏州A企业SMT生产线业务和供应链系统业务的分析,得出A企业的业务需求,并且根据需求总结出本系统所需要的功能模块。系统设计部分,根据需求分析的结果,详细介绍了系统各个模块的设计方法思路,并且给出了系统所需的数据库设计。系统实现部分阐述了利用Visual Foxpro编程环境,实现本系统各个模块的细节和方法。系统测试部分,阐述了系统部署在苏州A企业之后的运行情况,其测试的结果显示满足了苏州A企业对此系统的要求。最终这个系统应用于A企业的表面贴装生产线,本系统规范了苏州A企业SMT生产线工人的操作流程,并提示了生产线即将缺料的料站,从而提A企业高表面贴装生产线的供料精确度,提高生产质量,减少产品不良率,并结合A企业的物料管理系统,改进A企业的表面贴装生产线的物料供应效率,从而节省人力成本。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rise of electronic industry, especially the rapid development of electronic components, as well as the innovative development of integrated electronic circuits, electronic products continue to develop to miniaturization, but the functions of electronic products are more abundant. Most of these electronic products are made of large scale, high integrated circuits, and the most popular surface mount technology in the manufacturing process is the SMT / Surface Mounted Technology. These equipments have the characteristics of mass production and precise process. These characteristics determine that there should be no errors in the production of SMT, otherwise they will cause material errors and lead to bad products. Higher labor costs and higher equipment depreciation costs. Therefore, there is an urgent need for error prevention measures to reduce production losses caused by errors in the raw materials of surface mount production lines, According to the characteristics of surface mount technology (SMT) production line, this paper combines the material supply chain system of Suzhou A Company and the budget of Suzhou A Company to improve the surface mount technology production line. Based on C / S architecture, using Visual FoxPro programming technology and SQL Server database technology to develop and design ERP(Enterprise Resource planning system for SMT loading and error prevention. The establishment of the system is described in the realization and test of the system. In the part of requirement analysis, the business requirements of A enterprise are obtained by analyzing the SMT production line and supply chain system business of Suzhou A enterprise. And according to the needs of the system summarized the functional modules. The system design part, according to the results of demand analysis, detailed introduction of the system of each module design ideas, At the same time, the database design needed by the system is given. In the part of system realization, the details and methods of each module of the system are realized by using Visual Foxpro programming environment. The operation of the system after being deployed in Suzhou A enterprise is described. The test results show that the system meets the requirements of Suzhou A enterprise. Finally, the system is applied to the surface mount production line of A enterprise. The system standardizes the operation flow of SMT production line workers in Suzhou A enterprise, and indicates that the production line is about to be short of material, thus raising the feeding accuracy of high surface mount production line, improving the production quality and reducing the defective rate of the product. Combined with the material management system of enterprise A, the material supply efficiency of the surface mount production line of enterprise A is improved, thus the labor cost is saved.
