产品与供应链的同步化设计

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的发展,企业之间的竞争已经开始转变为供应链之间的竞争,供应链的设计问题也越来越受到关注。通常情况下,供应链的设计开始于产品设计完成之后,然而,一些实证研究表明产品设计与供应链的设计二者之间存在交互性的影响。如何确保产品设计和供应链设计之间的高效匹配是近年来供应链管理领域研究的热点问题之一。本文拟在借鉴前人研究的基础上,进一步扩展和改进产品结构与供应链配置的同步化设计相关问题。 本文在对产品设计和供应链设计的相关理论和方法的总结归纳的基础上,分析二者在设计方式和流程等方面的异同,在此基础上通过文献研究,分析和归纳产品设计变量对供应链设计及其绩效的影响,以及供应链设计变量对产品设计的影响。本文重点围绕产品结构与供应链配置的同步化设计问题展开研究,提出了同步化产品结构和供应链配置设计的流程,首先构建了考虑产品需求确定情况(需求可预测)下的一个混合整数规划模型,以求解最优产品结构和供应链配置的最佳组合,模型扩展考虑了供应商的有限供应能力,并设计了基于优先权的遗传算法对该模型进行求解;进一步扩展考虑需求不确定条件下的情况,采用三角模糊数刻画需求不确定情况,通过将模糊数的目标函数以及约束转为等价的确定模型进行求解。 最后,通过一个算例对上述方法进行验证和探讨,算例假设市场需求的三角模糊分布,以及其他的相关条件已知,求解得到优化的产品结构和供应链配置组合,并对提前期和需求量变化对目标值影响的灵敏性进行了分析,算例结果表明所提出模型和方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, competition among enterprises has begun to change into competition between supply chains, and the design of supply chains has been paid more and more attention. Usually, the design of supply chains begins after product design is completed. However, Some empirical studies show that there is interaction between product design and supply chain design. How to ensure efficient matching between product design and supply chain design is a hot topic in the field of supply chain management in recent years. This paper intends to draw lessons from previous studies, Further extend and improve the synchronous design of product structure and supply chain configuration. On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the relevant theories and methods of product design and supply chain design, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between them in design methods and processes. This paper analyzes and summarizes the influence of product design variables on supply chain design and its performance, as well as the influence of supply chain design variables on product design. In this paper, the process of synchronizing product structure and supply chain configuration design is proposed. Firstly, a mixed integer programming model considering product requirement determination (demand predictability) is constructed. In order to solve the optimal combination of product structure and supply chain configuration, the model extension takes into account the limited supply capacity of suppliers, and a genetic algorithm based on priority is designed to solve the model. Furthermore, considering the uncertain demand, triangular fuzzy number is used to describe the uncertain demand, and the objective function of the fuzzy number and the constraint are transformed into equivalent deterministic model to solve the problem. Finally, the above method is verified and discussed by an example. The example assumes that the triangular fuzzy distribution of market demand and other related conditions are known, and the optimized product structure and supply chain configuration combination are obtained. The sensitivity of the change of lead time and demand to the target value is analyzed. The results of numerical examples show the effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
