VMI模式下基于RFID技术的两级供应链激励机制研究

【摘要】:物联网(IOT)技术正在迅速进入生产和消费领域,实现供应链资源的深度可视化,改变节点企业的经济属性和信息内涵,亦为供应链管理带来的新的机遇和挑战。RFID是物联网的关键技术之一,对物流与信息流的高度匹配及追溯起着重要作用。在物联网背景下,无论是出于企业发展的考虑,抑或合作伙伴的诉求,上游的供应商已经逐渐感受到推行物联网技术的趋势所在。因此,从供应链管理的角度出发,研究RFID技术投资优化问题有重要的理论和现实意义。本文主要研究单个零售商和供应商组成的供应商管理库存模式的供应链结构,考虑库存损耗率、RFID技术的识别成功率、相互依赖程度等因素,通过数理模型、契约机制和演化博弈理论分析双方是否投资RFID技术以及相应的契约条件。首先建立了零供双方未采用激励机制时实施RFID前后的期望收益模型,研究供应商的库存损耗率和识别成功率对投资决策的影响。理论分析和数值模拟的结果表明,库存损耗和RFID技术识别成功率均存在一个合理的范围以使得双方采用RFID技术后收益增加,零售商更加具有推动供应链RFID技术实施进度的动机。其次分别讨论了承诺契约和价格折扣契约对RFID技术实施推广的影响,得到零售商的承诺订购量较小时,双方收益与不采用激励机制的结果一致;零售商的承诺订购量较大时,在一定条件下存在最优承诺订购量和最优价格折扣系数使得双方从激励机制中获利,实现帕累托改进。最后研究了RFID技术应用于供应链的演化机理问题。从理论上分析了初始投入成本、RFID技术的超额收益和上下游相互依赖关系对博弈双方投资决策的影响,以及存在最优分担比例的条件和相关管理启示,为企业实施RFID技术提供了理论参考。
[Abstract]:IOT (Internet of things) technology is rapidly entering the field of production and consumption, realizing the depth visualization of supply chain resources, changing the economic attributes and information connotation of node enterprises. RFID is one of the key technologies of the Internet of things, which plays an important role in the high matching and tracing of logistics and information flow. In the context of Internet of things, whether due to the consideration of enterprise development, RFID is one of the key technologies in the Internet of things. Or the demands of partners, upstream suppliers have gradually felt the trend of implementing the Internet of things technology. Therefore, from the point of view of supply chain management, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the investment optimization of RFID technology. This paper mainly studies the supply chain structure of Vendor managed inventory (VMI), which is composed of single retailer and supplier, and considers the ratio of inventory loss and the success rate of RFID identification. Interdependence and other factors, through mathematical models, The contractual mechanism and evolutionary game theory analyze whether the two parties invest in RFID technology and the corresponding contract conditions. Firstly, the expected return model before and after the implementation of RFID without incentive mechanism is established. The effects of inventory loss ratio and success rate of identification on investment decision are studied. The results of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that, There is a reasonable range of inventory loss and success rate of RFID technology identification to increase the income after both sides adopt RFID technology. Retailers have more motivation to promote the implementation of RFID technology in supply chain. Secondly, the impact of contract of commitment and price discount contract on the implementation of RFID technology is discussed respectively. The results of both sides are consistent with those of no incentive mechanism. When the retailer's commitment order quantity is large, the optimal commitment order quantity and the optimal price discount coefficient exist under certain conditions to make both sides profit from the incentive mechanism. Finally, the evolution mechanism of RFID technology applied to supply chain is studied. The influence of excess income of initial input cost and the relationship between upstream and downstream interdependence on the investment decision of game parties is analyzed theoretically. It also provides theoretical reference for the implementation of RFID technology in enterprises, as well as the condition of optimal sharing ratio and the relevant management enlightenment.
