政府推进舟山港口物流发展的对策研究

【摘要】：港口作为海陆运输的连接点和国际贸易供应链的枢纽,实现着资源在全球范围内的自由流通。随着全球经济一体化和产业结构的调整,以及对海洋的综合开发,舟山群岛新区建设上升为国家战略,这给舟山港口物流发展带来了前所未有的历史机遇。近年来,舟山港口物流快速发展,但也面临着转型升级、竞争力不足等巨大压力。本文选取舟山港口物流为研究对象,以政府的视角,通过实地考察、调研,对舟山港口物流初步分析,揭示其存在的问题,提出舟山港口物流发展的对策建议。本文写作从五个方面来规划,第一部分,主要介绍论文的研究背景,研究意义,研究的方法和思路,此外,通过查阅国内外相关资料,了解国内外港口物流发展现状。第二部分,对港口物流理论、政府推进港口物流发展的理论等方面进行阐述。第三部分,分析舟山港口物流发展的现状和存在问题。第四部分,提出当前港口物流发展的特点和发展趋势,研究政府在国内外典型港口物流发展中的经验借鉴。第五部分,提出政府推动舟山港口物流发展的具体对策和政策意见。
[Abstract]:As the junction of sea and land transport and the hub of international trade supply chain, ports realize the free circulation of resources in the world. With the integration of global economy and the adjustment of industrial structure, as well as the comprehensive exploitation of the sea, The construction of new Zhoushan archipelago has become a national strategy, which has brought unprecedented historical opportunities for the development of Zhoushan port logistics. In recent years, Zhoushan port logistics has developed rapidly, but it is also facing transformation and upgrading.
