【摘要】：鞍山市SYH物资经贸有限公司是经营了9年的小微外贸企业，，主要出口钢材初级加工制品。在成立初期，恰逢外贸高速发展及中国钢铁制品在国际市场具有低价竞争的优势，企业发展很快。而当内外部环境因金融危机而改变后，企业丧失了竞争优势，长期经营困难，停滞不前。是什么导致了问题的出现?问题的根源在哪里？如何解决目前的问题？企业的出路又在哪里？为了解决这些问题对SYH公司进行了全面诊断。本文运用企业战略管理、信息管理、组织行为学、供应链与物流管理、人力资源管理、财务管理与资本运营等管理学方面的知识，根据样本企业的真实数据，对企业进行深入的剖析和诊断。诊断报告全文共分为五章：第一章，简述对SYH公司进行诊断的背景以及本诊断报告对其他同类型企业的借鉴意义，目前理论界的成果及文献综述，及该诊断报告的框架与思路；第二章，主要概述了外贸行业的发展历程，小微外贸企业的特点，SYH公司的发展及经营概况；第三章，企业经营诊断分析,包括企业竞争、财务、人力资源、产品结构、风险管理五个方面的现状及分析；第四章，在对行业内、外部环境及SYH公司经营管理分析的基础上做了详细的诊断总结；第五章，结合SYH公司的实际情况，提出对SYH公司的改善措施及建议。本文针对被诊断企业“民营+小微+外贸”的企业特点，创新性地将应用于大型国有企业，外资企业的诊断方法和模型应用到小微企业中；并采用国际产品生命周期理论对SYH企业选择外贸出口经营产品进行了分析，使被诊断企业更加清楚的了解自身的内部问题及外部环境的变化，并针对存在的问题提出切实可行的建议。
[Abstract]:Anshan SYH Materials and Trade Co., Ltd. is a small and micro foreign trade enterprise which has been operating for 9 years, mainly exporting primary processed steel products. At the beginning of its establishment, it coincided with the rapid development of foreign trade and the low price competitive advantage of China's iron and steel products in the international market. When the internal and external environment is changed because of the financial crisis, the enterprise has lost its competitive advantage, long-term management difficulties, stagnant. What caused the emergence of the problem? Where is the root of the problem? How to solve the current problem? Where is the way out of the enterprise? In order to solve these problems, SYH Company has been fully diagnosed. This paper uses the knowledge of enterprise strategy management, information management, organizational behavior, supply chain and logistics management, human resource management, financial management and capital operation, according to the real data of the sample enterprise. Analyze and diagnose the enterprises deeply. The full text of the diagnosis report is divided into five chapters: the first chapter briefly describes the background of the diagnosis of SYH Company and the significance of this diagnosis report to other similar enterprises, the current theoretical achievements and literature review. The second chapter summarizes the development course of the foreign trade industry, the characteristics of the small and micro foreign trade enterprises and the development and management of SYH Company. Chapter 3, the diagnosis and analysis of enterprise management, including enterprise competition, finance, Human resources, product structure, risk management of five aspects of the status quo and analysis; chapter 4th, on the basis of industry, external environment and SYH company management analysis of the detailed diagnosis and summary; chapter 5th, According to the actual situation of SYH Company, the improvement measures and suggestions for SYH Company are put forward. According to the characteristics of the diagnosed enterprises, this paper innovatively applies the diagnosis methods and models of the foreign-funded enterprises to the small and micro enterprises. Using the international product life cycle theory, this paper analyzes the choice of foreign trade export products for SYH enterprises, so that the diagnosed enterprises can understand more clearly their internal problems and the changes of external environment. Some practical suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems.
