基于消错理论的供应商综合评价研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化与市场国际化的发展,供应链的整合与管理越来越得到企业的重视。供应商作为供应链的源头,担负着制造资源的输入,在供应链中占据着重要的地位,如何选择、管理供应商成为供应链管理的重要问题,而供应商评价是企业进行供应商选择、管理、监督和改善等一系列活动的基础和标准,是采购管理的核心。企业供应商评价是一个定性因素和定量因素相交融的多指标问题,为了选出优秀的供应商并降低企业的风险和成本,同时维持一种共生共存双赢的供应链合作伙伴关系,必须在定性因素和定量因素之间取得平衡。目前国内外已被应用的综合评价方法已有几十种之多,但大体上可分为两大类：即主观赋权评价法和客观赋权评价法。前者多是采取定性的研究方法,由专家根据经验进行主观判断而得到权数,如层次分析法、模糊综合评价法等,后者根据指标之间的相关关系或各项指标的变异系数来确定权数,如灰色关联度法、TOPSIS法、主成分分析法等,这些方法大多要求评价指标的类型为定量指标中的一种,对难以量化的定性指标通常无能为力。当评价指标体系同时包含定性指标(难量化)、可线性补偿指标、不可线性补偿指标中的任意两类或两类以上时,以上的方法难以进行评价或评价效果不佳。本文将消错理论和模糊综合评价法运用到工作实践中,结合企业采购供应工作的实际情况,通过对供应商选择与评价体系的研究,构建了同时包含定性指标、可线性补偿指标、不可线性补偿指标的供应商评价指标体系。结合消错学——错误系统中对系统要素的分类,把指标划分为关键指标、重要指标和冗余指标；对于定量指标,通过指标值属性把指标划分为效益型指标、成本型指标、固定型指标和区间型指标。从这两个角度对已建立的供应商评价指标体系进行分类,构建指标体系中各指标相对应的错误函数,进而求取其相应的错误值和错误极限损失值。从指标错误造成系统损失的角度,构建消错权重和消错评价矩阵,最后建立了一种定量的多指标供应商评价选择模型——消错综合评价法,给出了有别与传统评价方法的评价理论。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and market internationalization, enterprises pay more and more attention to the integration and management of supply chain. As the source of supply chain, supplier is responsible for the input of manufacturing resources and occupies an important position in supply chain. How to choose and manage suppliers has become an important issue in supply chain management, and supplier evaluation is the basis and standard for enterprises to select, manage, supervise and improve suppliers. Supplier evaluation is a multi-index problem that combines qualitative and quantitative factors. In order to select excellent suppliers and reduce the risk and cost of the enterprise, supplier evaluation is the core of procurement management. At the same time, it is necessary to strike a balance between qualitative and quantitative factors in order to maintain a symbiotic and win-win supply chain partnership. At present, there are dozens of comprehensive evaluation methods that have been used at home and abroad, but they can be divided into two categories: subjective weighting evaluation and objective weighting evaluation, the former mainly adopts qualitative research methods. The weights are obtained by experts' subjective judgment based on experience, such as Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, etc. The latter determines weights according to the correlation between indicators or the coefficient of variation of each index, such as grey correlation degree method and TOPSIS method. Most of these methods require the type of evaluation indicators to be one of the quantitative indicators. There is usually nothing that can be done with qualitative indicators that are difficult to quantify. When a system of evaluation indicators contains qualitative indicators at the same time (difficult to quantify, linear to compensate for, any of any two or more categories of non-linear compensatory indicators), The above methods are difficult to evaluate or the effect of evaluation is not good. In this paper, the error-eliminating theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied to the work practice, combining with the actual situation of the enterprise purchasing and supply work, through the research of the supplier selection and evaluation system, the qualitative index is constructed. Combined with the classification of system elements in error-error-error system, the index is divided into key index, important index and redundant index. The index is divided into benefit index, cost index, fixed index and interval index by index value attribute. The established supplier evaluation index system is classified from these two angles. The corresponding error function of each index in the index system is constructed, and the corresponding error value and the error limit loss value are obtained. From the point of view of the system loss caused by the index error, the error-eliminating weight and erasure evaluation matrix are constructed. Finally, a quantitative multi-index supplier evaluation model called error-eliminating comprehensive evaluation method is established, and the evaluation theory which is different from the traditional evaluation method is given.
