S企业供应链中EPC物联网的应用研究

【摘要】:在全球竞争的激烈冲击之下,我国农产品供应链显现出了管理水平低、价值链级别低、信息化程度低、组织分散等特点;同时,近年来农产品质量安全问题层出不穷。这突显的是我国农产品供应链竞争力的薄弱。供应链竞争力的提升离不开信息技术的支持,物联网技术的引入能提高企业的信息化水平,物联网被认为是继计算机、互联网与移动通信网之后世界信息产业的第三次浪潮,开发应用前景巨大,目前已被正式列为国家五大新兴战略性产业之一。在这样的背景下,S企业作为农产品企业中的一员,其供应链将成为企业未来降低成本,保持竞争力的重点关注领域。本文以定性结合定量的研究方法,深入研究了物联网的应用对企业供应链的能力提高效果。 首先,本文在参阅大量国内外文献的基础上,归纳总结了国内外物联网技术采纳研究文献中的影响因素,通过实地企业调研,结合企业现状,初步构建了S企业农产品供应链中物联网技术应用的影响因素框架,进行可行性分析。 其次,对比我国传统与现代农产品供应链的运作模式,研究物联网在企业供应链的生产、加工、仓储、运输、销售等业务流程中的具体应用。在此基础上,并提出评价指标,应用了模糊综合评价分析方法,对相关指标进行分析比较,以检验EPC物联网技术对S企业供应链的影响效果,接着提出绩效评价指标,对比分析供应链引入物联网前后的具体指标数值变化,验证了企业供应链能力的提升效果,对企业在实际应用中的实施管理有一定的指导意义,同时对其他企业在EPC物联网的应用方面有了一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Under the fierce impact of global competition, China's agricultural product supply chain has shown the characteristics of low management level, low value chain level, low level of information, decentralized organization and so on. In recent years, the quality and safety problems of agricultural products emerge in endlessly, which highlights the weakness of supply chain competitiveness of agricultural products in China. The promotion of supply chain competitiveness can not be separated from the support of information technology, and the introduction of Internet of things technology can improve the informatization level of enterprises. The Internet of things is considered to be the third wave of the world's information industry after computers, the Internet of Internet and the mobile communication network. At present, it has been officially listed as one of the five major emerging strategic industries in the country. Under this background, as a member of the agricultural products enterprises, its supply chain will become the future cost reduction of the enterprises. This paper studies the effect of the application of the Internet of things on the supply chain capability of enterprises by qualitative and quantitative methods. Firstly, on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, this paper summarizes the influencing factors in the literature on the adoption of Internet of things technology at home and abroad, through the field investigation of enterprises, combined with the current situation of enterprises. The influence factor frame of the application of the Internet of things technology in the supply chain of agricultural products of S enterprise is constructed preliminarily, and the feasibility analysis is carried out. Secondly, comparing the operation mode of traditional and modern agricultural product supply chain in our country, studying the concrete application of Internet of things in enterprise supply chain, such as production, processing, warehousing, transportation, sales and so on. On this basis, the evaluation index is put forward. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis method is used to analyze and compare the relevant indexes to test the effect of EPC Internet of things technology on the supply chain of S enterprise, and then put forward the performance evaluation index. Comparing and analyzing the change of the specific index before and after the introduction of the Internet of things in the supply chain, it verifies the effect of the improvement of the supply chain capability of the enterprise, and has certain guiding significance for the implementation of the management in the practical application of the enterprise. At the same time, other enterprises in the application of the EPC Internet of things has a certain reference significance.
