我国钢铁企业供应链风险管理研究

【摘要】：随着全球一体化进程的的加快,我国企业正逐步走向世界的舞台,激烈的市场竞争和复杂多变的市场环境,给我国钢铁企业的生存带来了更多威胁。企业已经认识到只有战略合作才能在激烈的市场竞争中不被淘汰、实现共赢,而供应链条的稳定正是实现共赢的必要条件。诱发钢铁企业供应链风险因素多样化及复杂化,准确的分析辨别各种风险因素对企业的影响,强化对钢铁企业供应链风险的估测管理与控制不仅可以补充完善供应链的相关理论还对钢铁企业的良性运营有着深远影响。本文结合当前国内外钢铁企业生产现状,认真分析关于钢铁企业供应流程,阐述了钢铁企业供应链的含义,通过对比分析介绍了钢铁企业供应链的具体特征,评估钢铁企业供应链存在的供应隐患,介绍了我国钢铁企业供应链风险的特征,并提出合理化改革建议和处置措施,并对相关管理处置措施必须坚持的原则做了充分介绍,力求改善我国钢铁企业供应链现状,完善供应链的运转体系,确保我国钢铁供应系统良性运转。本文采用了对比分析和个案预测的方式评估钢铁企业供应链风险,妥善运用DEMATEL方法分析供应链危机诱因,通过运用模糊综合评判模型的模拟操作模拟企业运作流程,监测和发现供应风险成立因素,定量选取最为科学有效的钢铁企业供应链风险因素。在确定风险因素的基础上采用模糊综合评判模型,建立评判矩阵,对供应链风险指标求出了定量解值,从定量的角度确定风险级别。通过对钢铁企业供应链风险的研究帮助企业及时发现经营过程中的风险,采取有效的风险评估管理措施,减少供应链风险给企业带来的损失。本文通过对辽宁省凌源钢铁集团的运营情况的分析,描绘了钢铁企业供应链,介绍了其良性运转的管理模式和方式方法,用以展现钢铁企业供应链良性运转流程。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the global integration process, Chinese enterprises are gradually moving to the world stage, fierce market competition and complex and changeable market environment. It has brought more threats to the survival of Chinese iron and steel enterprises. Enterprises have realized that only strategic cooperation can not be eliminated in the fierce market competition and achieve win-win results. The stability of supply chain is the necessary condition to achieve win-win situation. It induces the diversification and complication of supply chain risk factors in iron and steel enterprises, and accurately analyzes and distinguishes the influence of various risk factors on enterprises. Strengthening the assessment and control of supply chain risk in iron and steel enterprises can not only supplement and perfect the relevant theories of supply chain, but also have a profound influence on the benign operation of iron and steel enterprises. This paper analyzes the supply flow of iron and steel enterprises, expounds the meaning of supply chain of iron and steel enterprises, introduces the specific characteristics of supply chain of iron and steel enterprises, and evaluates the supply hidden trouble existing in supply chain of iron and steel enterprises. This paper introduces the characteristics of supply chain risk in iron and steel enterprises in our country, and puts forward some reasonable reform suggestions and disposal measures, and fully introduces the principles that must be adhered to in the relevant management and disposal measures, in order to improve the supply chain situation of iron and steel enterprises in our country. This paper adopts comparative analysis and case prediction to evaluate the supply chain risk of iron and steel enterprises and properly use DEMATEL method to analyze the causes of supply chain crisis. By using the simulation operation of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to simulate the operation process of the enterprise, we can monitor and find out the factors of establishing the supply risk. Quantitative selection of the most scientific and effective supply chain risk factors in iron and steel enterprises. On the basis of determining the risk factors, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is adopted to establish the evaluation matrix, and the quantitative solution to the supply chain risk index is obtained. Through the research on the supply chain risk of iron and steel enterprises, we can help the enterprises to find out the risks in the course of operation in time, and take effective risk assessment and management measures. This paper analyzes the operation of Lingyuan Iron and Steel Group in Liaoning Province, describes the supply chain of iron and steel enterprises, and introduces the management mode and method of its benign operation. In order to show the supply chain of iron and steel enterprises good operation process.
