农户参与“农超对接”供应链满意度及影响因素研究——基于全国15省591个农户的调查

【摘要】：依据全国15省591份农户的问卷调查数据,构建了农户参与"农超对接"满意度的结构方程模型,并分析了其内在作用机制。研究结果表明:农户参与"农超对接"的满意度可以通过农户动机实现、农户抱怨与农户忠诚3个观测变量反映;外因潜变量(感知质量、外部环境、感知价值)对农户参与"农超对接"的满意度有显著正向影响,其中感知质量对其影响最大,外部环境次之;外因潜变量之间存在相互影响;潜变量的各个观测变量均对其产生显著影响,但影响程度不同。据此,文中提出了提高农户参与"农超对接"满意度的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 591 peasant households in 15 provinces of China, the structural equation model of the satisfaction degree of farmers' participation in "agricultural super docking" was established. The results show that the satisfaction degree of farmers' participation in "peasant super docking" can be realized through farmers' motivation, and the observation variables of farmers' complaints and farmers' loyalty reflect the external factor latent variables (perceived quality). External environment, perceived value) has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of farmers' participation in "agricultural super docking", in which perceived quality has the greatest impact, and external environment is the second. Each observation variable of latent variable has a remarkable influence on it, but the degree of influence is different. Accordingly, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction degree of farmers' participation in "agricultural super docking".
