VMI模式下供应商与制造商利益分配问题

【摘要】:传统的供应链上各节点各自管理库存,追求自身利益最大化,不可避免的产生牛鞭效应和双重边际效应,影响供应链的整体运作效率。供应商管理库存模式的提出,深化了企业之间的合作,降低供应链总成本,从而提高供应链整体绩效。但在VMI模式下,由于供应商承担零售商的库存,获得利润可能减少,从而无法实现供应链协调。供应链契约作为一种有效的解决供应链成员利益再分配和供应链协调问题的方案正越来越受到学者和企业的关注。 本文以实际项目为背景,以供应商B企业和制造商C企业为主要研究对象,研究由供应商与制造商组成的供应链上游层面的VMI模式的利益分配问题。通过B企业的背景和VMI项目调研,探讨B企业参与VMI项目的必要性和局限性。在B、C企业的案例背景下,比较多种契约的适用性,最终选择批发价格契约和数量承诺契约作为解决本文中双方利益分配问题的契约模型。分析供应商和制造商VMI实施前后的利润,在此基础上设置批发价格和承诺订单增加量为契约参数,构建批发价格和数量承诺契约模型,并根据实际数据对模型求解,得到使得供应商,制造商和供应链整体利润都得到提高的批发价格区间和数量承诺区间。 研究结果表明,B、C企业在所得的批发价格和数量承诺区间上进行谈判协商,确定最终的批发价格或承诺订单量可以保证双方的利润,实现共赢。同时,根据企业的实际情况,数量承诺契约是双方企业更愿意考虑的契约模式。
[Abstract]:In the traditional supply chain, each node manages inventory and pursues its own benefit maximization, which inevitably produces bullwhip effect and double marginal effect, which affects the whole operation efficiency of supply chain. It deepens the cooperation among enterprises, reduces the total cost of supply chain, and thus improves the overall performance of supply chain. However, in VMI mode, the profit may be reduced because the supplier takes on the retailer's inventory. Supply chain contract, as an effective solution to the problem of benefit redistribution and supply chain coordination of supply chain members, has attracted more and more attention from scholars and enterprises. This paper takes the actual project as the background, the supplier B enterprise and the manufacturer C enterprise as the main research object, This paper studies the benefit distribution of VMI model in upstream level of supply chain, which consists of supplier and manufacturer. Through the background of B enterprise and the investigation of VMI project, the necessity and limitation of B enterprise participating in VMI project are discussed. Comparing the applicability of many kinds of contracts, we choose wholesale price contract and quantity commitment contract as the contract model to solve the problem of mutual benefit distribution in this paper, and analyze the profit of supplier and manufacturer before and after the implementation of VMI. On this basis, the wholesale price and the increase of commitment order are set up as contract parameters, the wholesale price and quantity commitment contract model is constructed, and the model is solved according to the actual data, and the supplier is obtained. Wholesale price range and volume commitment range for both manufacturers and supply chain overall profits. The research results show that the wholesale price and quantity commitment range are negotiated and negotiated, and the final wholesale price or the promised order quantity can guarantee the profit of both parties and realize the win-win situation, at the same time, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, the conclusion of the paper is as follows:. The quantity commitment contract is the contract mode which both enterprises are more willing to consider.
