企业出口贸易管理信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】：实行改革开放后,中国同西方资本主义国家的关系出现重大转机,中国企业的海外市场不断扩大。面对国内外市场环境复杂多变的情况,管理信息系统可以有效地整合信息资源,提高效益和效率,为企业战略提供高层决策、中层控制和基层运作,来获得高效地企业运作。在管理信息系统中,以信息来控制企业运作的业务过程和服务过程,然后通过信息的反馈调整运作计划,从而全面有效地控制信息管理过程。本文根据企业出口贸易的实际情况,经过分析出口贸易的实际需求和业务流程,并结合信息管理的思想,设计和实现了企业出口贸易管理信息系统。首先,本文以某企业管理信息系统的建设为背景,介绍了管理信息系统的基本概念、研究背景和意义、国内外发展情况以及管理信息系统在出口贸易中的应用情况,并最终确定了本系统的研究目标和研究内容；在此基础上介绍了系统所应用的关键技术。其次,在调研和梳理企业现有业务流程的基础上,针对行政办公和产品供应链对系统进行详细的需求分析,明确现阶段办公中存在的问题,为系统设计提供可靠的需求依据。并对管理信息系统进行了详细的架构设计,利用JDO技术和JAVA RMI技术进行MIS应用分布式环境的构建,完成了系统接口、数据迁移、数据库、网络环境以及安全性的设计工作。本系统的实现从实施策略、具体实现、系统测试几个方面进行了详细介绍。系统实现前首先确定了系统实施策略和实施范围,在此基础上进行了具体实现。实现结果与需求分析相互吻合,实现了系统功能的全面性和实用性。根据企业办公和业务的运作需求,实现了办公OA功能、产品销售合同、备货、采购、发运、发票、应收等产品供应链上各个环节的功能要求。然后对系统各方面性能进行了测试,验证了系统的运行状况。目前该系统已正式上线并开始运行,运行结果符合系统的设计原则和目标,满足企业的办公和管理需求。该系统实现了企业的自动化办公和业务的数字化管理,为企业提供了高效的办公和管理平台,增强了信息流通和共享的水平,提高了企业管理标准和运营效率。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of reform and opening up, the relations between China and the western capitalist countries have made a significant turn for the better, and the overseas markets of Chinese enterprises have been constantly expanding. In the face of the complex and changeable market environment at home and abroad, Management information system can effectively integrate information resources, improve efficiency and efficiency, provide high-level decision-making, middle level control and grass-roots operation for enterprise strategy. The business process and service process of enterprise operation are controlled by information, and then the operation plan is adjusted by feedback of information, so that the information management process can be controlled completely and effectively. After analyzing the actual demand and business process of export trade and combining the idea of information management, the enterprise export trade management information system is designed and implemented. First of all, this paper introduces the basic concept, research background and significance of management information system, the development situation at home and abroad, and the application of management information system in export trade based on the background of a certain enterprise management information system. Finally, the research objectives and contents of the system are determined. On this basis, the key technologies used in the system are introduced. Secondly, on the basis of researching and combing the existing business processes of the enterprise, Based on the detailed demand analysis of the administrative office and product supply chain, the problems existing in the present office are clarified, and the reliable demand basis for the system design is provided, and the management information system is designed in detail. The system interface, data migration, database, network environment and security are designed by using JDO technology and JAVA RMI technology to construct the MIS application distributed environment. The realization of the system is introduced in detail from the following aspects: implementation strategy, specific implementation, system testing. Before the system is implemented, the system implementation strategy and scope are first determined. On this basis, the concrete realization is carried out. The results are consistent with the requirement analysis, and the comprehensive and practical functions of the system are realized. According to the operational requirements of the enterprise office and business, the OA function, the product sales contract, and the stocking are realized. Purchasing, shipping, invoice, receivable and other products in the supply chain of the functional requirements. Then the performance of the system has been tested to verify the operating status of the system. The operation results accord with the design principles and objectives of the system, and meet the needs of the office and management of the enterprise. The system realizes the automation office of the enterprise and the digitized management of the business, and provides an efficient office and management platform for the enterprise. Enhance the level of information flow and sharing, improve enterprise management standards and operational efficiency.
