基于多Agent的市场需求突变下供应链库存系统动态特性的仿真研究

【摘要】:在突发事件下,把供应链库存系统看作一个整体,从系统内部结构着手,采用动态系统的方法,建立系统的模型,研究其动态的特性,掌握其运行的规则,并提出解决供应链库存系统管理问题的应急对策,逐渐成为学术界关注的问题之一。由于在供应链突发事件研究领域中还有许多方面需要进一步研究,有必要从不同的角度出发,研究不同的突发事件对供应链造成的影响,从而能够使有关供应链突发事件的研究得到完善,更好的为社会实践服务。突发事件是造成需求突变的重要因素。本文结合多Agent系统建模与仿真方法,利用Swarm仿真平台,研究需求突变对供应链库存系统动态特性的影响。在此基础上,建立了包括制造商、分销商、零售商的三级供应链库存系统模型,在开发工具Swarm平台上分别对市场需求突变下供应链库存系统动态特性、需求突变下不同提前期的供应链库存系统动态特性、需求突变下采用备用库存策略的供应链库存系统动态特性以及需求突变下采用信息共享的供应链库存系统动态特性进行仿真分析。通过仿真分析需求突变下不同提前期的供应链库存系统,得出缓解需求激增带来风险的对策:缩短提前期能够在一定程度上应对需求激增带来的风险。然后,仿真分析了市场需求激增下采用备用库存策略给供应链库存系统动态特性带来的影响。通过对两种策略进行比较,相比于缩短提前期,通过采取备用库存策略,可以更好地提高供应链应对市场需求突变(激增)风险的能力,能够尽快地使供应链库存系统的运行恢复正常水平。并且,仿真分析了采用信息共享策略的供应链库存系统,仿真结果表明,相比与传统模式,信息共享策略也可以从一定程度上缓解市场需求突变带来的风险,从而为应对和缓解市场需求突变给供应链带来的影响提供了现实意义的解决思路。
[Abstract]:In the event of an emergency, the supply chain inventory system as a whole, starting from the internal structure of the system, using the method of dynamic system, build the model of the system, to study the dynamic characteristics, grasp its operation rules, and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of inventory system in supply chain management, has gradually become one of the academic circles the problems in the supply chain. Because of unexpected events in the research field and there are many aspects need further research, it is necessary to start from different angles, different effects of emergencies caused by the supply chain, so as to make the research on the supply chain emergency improved, better service for social practice. The emergency is an important factor causing demand disruption. Combining with the method of modeling and Simulation of multi Agent system, using the Swarm simulation platform, the research needs of mutation on dynamic characteristics of supply chain inventory system. Ring. On this basis, including the establishment of manufacturers, distributors, three echelon supply chain system model of retailers, in the Swarm platform development tools on the market demand and supply under the dynamic characteristics of supply chain inventory system, the dynamic characteristics of the demand disruption of supply chain inventory system in different time, using spare inventory strategy under demand disruption the supply chain inventory system dynamic characteristic and demand is used to carry out simulation analysis of information sharing in supply chain inventory system dynamic characteristics. The demand analysis of mutation mutation under different lead time of the supply chain inventory system through simulation, that ease the surge in demand risk: Countermeasures to shorten the lead time to a certain extent, cope with the surge in demand risks. Then, the simulation analysis of the impact of the surge in market demand under the alternative inventory strategy bring to the supply chain inventory system through dynamic characteristics. Comparison of two kinds of methods, compared to shorten the lead time, by taking the spare inventory strategy, it can improve the supply chain response to market demand mutation (Ji Zeng) the ability of the risk, to make the supply chain inventory system to resume normal operation level. And simulation analysis of sharing inventory system of supply chain strategy use information, the simulation results show that compared with the traditional model, information sharing strategy can also demand from the market to some extent alleviate the risks caused by mutations, thus easing solution market demand impact to the supply chain mutation provides practical significance for coping and.
