供应链风险分担策略下的集中库存及其对产品运输决策的影响

【摘要】：从库存成本和运输成本权衡的角度出发,建立了需求不确定下的供应链风险分担策略集中库存系统模型。分析了风险分担策略对于产品的运输方式、运输批量、运输频率等运输决策以及运输成本所带来的影响。最后,通过一个算例计算了风险分担策略下运输决策的改变所带来的运输成本增加值,结果表明,对于需求不确定性较高的产品而言,风险分担策略下的物流总成本的降低比传统模式更为显著。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of inventory cost and transportation cost balance point, establish the demand uncertainty of supply chain risk sharing strategy under centralized inventory system model. Analyzed the risk sharing strategy for the products of the mode of transport, transport volume, transport frequency and other transportation decision and transport costs caused by the increase of risk sharing. Finally, the transportation decision-making strategy the change of transportation cost value calculated by a numerical example. The results show that the demand for higher uncertainty products, risk sharing strategy to reduce the total cost of the logistics is more significant than the traditional model.
