基于“云物流”的发电集团燃料供应链管理模式研究

【摘要】:电力体制改革后,厂网分开,发电集团开始作为一个独立的主体自主经营、自负盈亏。作为一个在市场上竞争的企业,追求利润最大化必然是其最终目标,发电集团的组成部分中大部分是火力发电企业,火电企业中燃料成本占总成本70%以上,控制燃料成本是降低发电成本的关键。过去的煤炭供应商、运输承运商、客户都是一个个独立的实体,大部分燃料都是由固定的一家或几家燃料公司提供,市场化程度较低。随着市场的开放,传统的燃料物流管理手段已经不再适应现实的需要,创新燃料供应链管理模式的必要性和重要性也日益显现。大物流模式是整合了物流平台、合作伙伴管理等的综合模式,结合大物流的燃料供应链管理模式对整合发电集团资源、提高集团管理效率、降低集团成本、增加利益有着重要的现实意义。 本文首先总结了燃料物流管理的发展历程,随后对A发电集团燃料供应链管理进行了综合研究,最后基于现今新兴的“云物流”思想,云平台搭建技术,构建了发电集团燃料供应链的大物流模式。本文通过研究发电企业内外部的燃料物流供应情况,结合实际为发电集团燃料的物流管理提供了一项新的管理模式,有利于发电集团全面有效管理物资,降低成本,提高企业的工作效率和经济效益,同时也为其他行业构建大物流模式提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:After the reform of the electric power system, the power generation group began to operate autonomously as an independent subject and to be responsible for its own profits and losses. As a competitive enterprise in the market, the ultimate goal of the power generation group is to pursue the maximization of profits. Most of the components of the power generation group are thermal power companies, where fuel costs account for more than 70% of the total cost, and controlling fuel costs is the key to reducing the cost of generating electricity. Customers are independent entities, most of the fuel is supplied by one or more fuel companies, and the degree of marketization is low. With the opening of the market, the traditional means of fuel logistics management no longer meet the needs of reality. The necessity and importance of innovating fuel supply chain management mode is also becoming more and more obvious. Large logistics mode is a comprehensive model that integrates logistics platform, partner management and so on, and combines the fuel supply chain management mode of large logistics to integrate power generation group resources. It is of great practical significance to improve the efficiency of group management, reduce group cost and increase benefits. This paper first summarizes the development of fuel logistics management, then makes a comprehensive study on fuel supply chain management of A power generation group. Finally, based on the emerging idea of "cloud logistics", the technology of building cloud platform is introduced. By studying the internal and external fuel logistics supply of power generation enterprises, this paper provides a new management model for fuel logistics management of generation groups. It is beneficial to the power generation group to manage materials effectively, reduce the cost, improve the efficiency and economic benefit of the enterprise, and also provide some reference for other industries to build a large logistics model.
