水力发电设备制造企业柔性生产的稳定供货系统应用研究

【摘要】:作为物流成本低、无污染、可再生清洁能源,水力发电不仅有利于电力需求的错峰调整,同时也有利于提高资源效率,提高市场经济的综合效率。作为水力资源量蕴藏丰富的国家,中国一直把水能资源的开发作为实现能源发展战略中的重要途径方式之一。本文正是在这种产业发展的条件背景下,提出基于对水力发电设备制造企业柔性生产条件下的稳定供货系统的应用研究。 本论文首先对生产制造企业的柔性及供货系统的供应链管理结合国内外相关研究进行了简要的阐述和研究,在供货系统理论框架构建中引入了二八定律以及鲶鱼效应等的管理思路,运用网络计划法(Program Evaluation and ReviewTechnique,PERT)构建了柔性生产制造企业的供货系统,通过关键路径法(CriticalPath Method,,CPM)确定出采购控制关键环节,为满足柔性生产在水电设备制造企业的供货系统中的应用和实施奠定了理论基础。 其次,结合订单驱动下采购产品的特点从采购管理、采购流程以及供应商管理的角度构建了柔性生产制造企业的原料供应系统,勾勒出与供应商的长期战略合作伙伴关系的合作模式。同时,通过对柔性生产制造系统的综述和研究,利用指数平滑法并结合尖峰需求模式分析了在该生产条件下的需求预测,相应的运用现货供应比例来分析和判断了库存目标的决策范围,为构建产品的生产系统提供了相应理论参考。 最后,论文以企业实际为例,分别对企业的内外部环境进行分析,结合企业供货系统在组织结构、管理流程和供管办法等方面的运作现状分析并找出主要问题及不足,制定出企业采购的战略目标,引用企业实际数据,选用网络计划法(PERT)对供货系统进行了实施和应用,最终找到对供货系统进行有效管理和改善的解决方法。 本论文的研究在水力发电设备制造企业供货系统中具有一定的实践应用意义,对于生产制造企业构筑稳定供货系统,搭建长期战略合作平台以及树立合作共赢企业形象均具参考价值。
[Abstract]:As a low-cost, pollution-free, renewable clean energy, hydropower is not only conducive to peak adjustment of power demand, but also conducive to improving resource efficiency. To improve the comprehensive efficiency of the market economy. As a country rich in hydraulic resources, China has always regarded the development of hydropower resources as one of the important ways to realize the energy development strategy. This paper presents a study on the application of stable supply system under flexible production conditions for hydropower equipment manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, the flexibility of manufacturing enterprises and supply chain management of supply systems combined with domestic and foreign research were briefly described and studied. In the construction of the theoretical framework of supply system, the law of two or eight and the management idea of catfish effect are introduced, and the supply system of flexible manufacturing enterprise is constructed by using the network planning method, Program Evaluation and Review Techniquequeer (PERT). The critical path method (CPM) is used to determine the key links of procurement control, which lays a theoretical foundation for the application and implementation of flexible production in the supply system of hydropower equipment manufacturing enterprises. Secondly, according to the characteristics of purchasing products driven by orders, the raw material supply system of flexible manufacturing enterprises is constructed from the perspectives of purchasing management, purchasing process and supplier management. The cooperation model of long-term strategic partnership with suppliers is outlined. At the same time, through the review and research of flexible manufacturing system, the demand forecast under the production condition is analyzed by using exponential smoothing method and peak demand model. The corresponding stock supply ratio is used to analyze and judge the decision range of inventory target, which provides the corresponding theoretical reference for the construction of product production system. Finally, taking the actual enterprise as an example, the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise, analyzes the operation status quo of the enterprise supply system in the aspects of organization structure, management process and supply management method, and finds out the main problems and shortcomings. The strategic goal of enterprise purchasing is worked out, the actual data of enterprise is quoted, and the network plan law is used to carry out the implementation and application of the supply system. Finally, the solution to the effective management and improvement of the supply system is found. The research of this paper has certain practical application significance in the supply system of hydropower equipment manufacturing enterprise, and it is of great significance to build stable supply system for production and manufacturing enterprise. The establishment of long-term strategic cooperation platform and the establishment of win-win corporate image are of reference value.
