【摘要】：随着我国经济和社会发展水平的不断提高,人们更加注重生活品质和生活质量,园林绿化行业也得到了蓬勃的发展,与此同时,对于园林工程管理的研究却远远跟不上这个行业发展的速度,园林工程的管理和实施也是处于比较粗放的状态,引入科学先进的管理方式显得尤为重要。将供应链管理的模式和方法引入到园林工程领域,能够提升园林绿化企业的经营管理水平,从而提升园林绿化企业的竞争力,进而促进整个园林绿化行业的持续健康发展。本文在研究识别园林工程及其供应链特点的基础上,将工程供应链理论和集成供应链的思想引入到园林工程管理领域,研究构建了园林工程项目的供应链管理的实施框架,之后按照实施框架研究解决了供应链管理实施过程中的若干关键问题。本文主要研究内容如下：园林工程的分类及特点；园林工程的供应链特性及其结构；园林工程项目供应链管理实施框架；园林工程供应链合作伙伴的选择；园林工程供应链合作伙伴的管理；园林工程信息共享系统和机制的建立。本文的创新点在于将供应链管理的思想和方法引入园林工程领域,构建了园林工程项目供应链管理实施框架,并提出相关方法和模型,为园林绿化企业实施供应链管理提供了科学详细的指导。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society in our country, people pay more attention to the quality of life and quality of life. However, the research on garden engineering management is far from keeping pace with the development of this industry, and the management and implementation of garden engineering are also in a relatively extensive state. It is very important to introduce scientific and advanced management methods. Introducing the mode and method of supply chain management into the field of garden engineering can improve the management level of landscape enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of landscape enterprises. On the basis of studying the characteristics of landscape engineering and its supply chain, this paper introduces the theory of engineering supply chain and the idea of integrated supply chain into the field of garden engineering management. This paper studies the implementation framework of supply chain management of landscape engineering projects, and then studies and solves some key problems in the process of implementing supply chain management according to the implementation framework. The main contents of this paper are as follows: classification and characteristics of landscape engineering; Supply chain characteristics and structure of landscape engineering; implementation framework of supply chain management of landscape engineering projects; selection of supply chain partners of landscape engineering; management of supply chain partners of landscape engineering; The innovation of this paper is to introduce the idea and method of supply chain management into the field of garden engineering, to construct the implementing frame of supply chain management of garden engineering project, and to put forward the relevant methods and models. It provides scientific and detailed guidance for landscape enterprises to implement supply chain management.
