百威英博啤酒公司物料控制研究

【摘要】:百威英博啤酒集团作为世界第一大啤酒制造商,其啤酒销售几乎覆盖了世界所有的地区,是亚洲第三大啤酒销售商。在不断扩张的啤酒市场和激烈的市场竞争下,根据自身的运营管理现状,需要引入零库存的方式来完善物料控制管理。 论文主要通过对百威英博在物料控制管理中实施零库存必要性和可行性的分析,结合同行业的实施经验,认为在目前激烈的市场竞争中,百威英博的物料控制管理仍然存在一些阻碍企业发展的问题,比如:流程问题,管理方法问题和执行力问题等。如果想要使企业在竞争中立于不败之地,必须冲破发展的束缚,努力降低企业的库存风险,所以实施零库存是有必要的。百威英博在现有的管理基础上引入零库存管理是可行的而且从长期角度看能够为企业带来可观的效益。在实施过程中,通过零库存的导入与推广,企业的库存确实有了明显回落。 本文采用查阅相关文献,数据调查与分析,案例总结等方法研究零库存在百威英博物料控制管理的实施过程以及意义,通过对物料控制工作的相关数据进行对比分析,有利于发现并改善企业目前物料控制的实际问题,帮助公司探索解决问题的方向。借助其他公司实施零库存的经验与教训,建立适合本公司零库存的实施方法和实施目标,一旦零库存在企业成功实施对企业物料控制管理具有很强的现实意义。实施零库存过程中应用供应商库存管理方法,信息技术的支持,加强需求预测和物料计划的稳定性等具体实施方案的推行,有利于零库存管理的系统发展,根据一系列方案的实施,物料控制管理的流程更加完善和严谨。另外,企业实现零库存不可能在短期内很快实现,而是长期持续的在实际业务中推行的理念。
[Abstract]:Budweiser InBev, the world's largest beer maker, has beer sales in almost all parts of the world and is the third largest beer seller in Asia. According to the current situation of operation and management, zero-inventory should be introduced to perfect material control management. Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of implementing zero inventory in the material control management of Budweiser InBev, combined with the experience of the same industry, the paper thinks that in the current fierce market competition, There are still some problems in the material control management of Budweiser InBev, such as process problem, management method problem, executive ability problem, etc. If we want to keep the enterprise in an invincible position in the competition, we must break through the shackles of development. It is necessary to implement zero inventory because it is necessary to reduce inventory risk. It is feasible for Budweiser InBev to introduce zero inventory management on the basis of existing management and can bring considerable benefits to the enterprise in the long run. Through the introduction and promotion of zero inventory, the inventory of enterprises did have a clear fall. This paper studies the implementation process and significance of zero inventory in Budweiser InBev material control management by consulting relevant documents, data investigation and analysis, case summary and so on. It will help to find and improve the actual problems of material control in the enterprise, and help the company to explore the direction of solving the problem. With the help of the experiences and lessons of other companies to implement zero inventory, the implementation methods and implementation objectives suitable for the company's zero inventory can be established. Once the zero inventory is successfully implemented in the enterprise, it has a strong practical significance to the material control management of the enterprise. In the process of implementing zero inventory, the supplier inventory management method and the support of information technology are applied. Strengthening the implementation of specific implementation schemes such as demand forecasting and material planning stability is conducive to the development of zero-inventory management systems. According to the implementation of a series of schemes, the process of material control management is more perfect and rigorous. The realization of zero inventory in enterprises can not be achieved in the short term, but the concept of long-term continuous implementation in the actual business.
