制造企业供应链间信息共享与运营绩效的作用机理研究

【摘要】:运营活动直接关系到各个组织的资源配置和协调等重要问题,但是,运营过程中始终存在信息不对称和各企业间信息壁垒的难题。科学有效地实现信息共享是解决该问题的关键因素,信息共享活动是否影响以及如何影响运营绩效成为这一科学性的有效指导。现今国内外学者对信息共享作用的具体路径并未说明,结合具体行业环境,分析共享程度和能力的影响作用也少有研究。更重要的是,相关研究并没有依据研究目的提出具体的运营绩效的衡量方法。 据此,本文结合制造企业的特点,在文献综述和比较研究的基础之上来设计信息共享和运营绩效的度量维度。基于信息共享的影响作用来确定关键运营绩效指标,采用行为锚定等级评价方法描述各个标准,进而获得各个指标得分和绩效综合水平。研究最终将信息共享的作用路径划分为共享强度和共享能力两个维度,建立了作用机理综合模型:二者与运营绩效水平作用关系模型以及共享强度中各个要素对运营绩效指标作用路径模型。 本文以制造企业为调查对象,实证分析为工具,采用相关和回归统计进行分析和验证,并进一步修正模型。研究结果表明,企业提高信息共享度有助于运营绩效水平的上升,信息共享能力中信息化水平对于企业总体信息共享度和运营绩效水平具重要影响作用。其中,研究进一步说明了信息共享度中各类信息的共享对运营绩效指标的作用:(1)生产管理信息因子的共享有利于制定生产计划,降低库存和提高交付能力。(2)共享营销计划信息可以提高企业的增值生产率并降低库存水平。(3)供应链中合作伙伴共享了库存成本信息有利于生产柔性提高。(4)销售历史信息的共享可以有效缩短订货提前期。 本研究为企业借助信息共享来创造更高的运营绩效提出了指导性意见。通过对共享信息的种类与运营管理中具体指标的关系的说明,为制造企业科学管理信息共享提供了依据。
[Abstract]:Operational activities are directly related to such important issues as resource allocation and coordination among organizations, but, There are always problems of information asymmetry and information barriers among enterprises in the operation process. Scientific and effective information sharing is the key factor to solve this problem. Whether or not the information sharing activities influence and how to affect the operation performance becomes a scientific and effective guidance. Nowadays, scholars at home and abroad have not explained the specific path of information sharing, combined with the specific industry environment. There is also little research on the impact of sharing degree and capability. More importantly, the relevant studies have not put forward specific operational performance measurement methods according to the purpose of the research. Based on the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, this paper designs the measurement dimension of information sharing and operational performance based on literature review and comparative research. Based on the influence of information sharing, this paper determines the key operational performance indicators. The evaluation method of behavior anchoring grade is used to describe each standard, and then the score of each index and the comprehensive level of performance are obtained. Finally, the function path of information sharing is divided into two dimensions: sharing intensity and sharing ability. A comprehensive model of action mechanism is established: the relationship between the two factors and the operational performance level and the path model between each element of the shared strength and the operational performance indicators. This paper takes manufacturing enterprises as the survey object, empirical analysis as a tool, using correlation and regression statistics to analyze and verify, and further modify the model. The results show that the improvement of enterprise information sharing is helpful to the improvement of operational performance. The level of information sharing plays an important role in the overall information sharing degree and operational performance of enterprises. The study further explains that the sharing of all kinds of information in the degree of information sharing plays an important role in the operation performance index. (1) the sharing of production management information factors is beneficial to the formulation of production plans. Reduce inventory and improve delivery capacity. 2) sharing marketing plan information can increase the value-added productivity of the enterprise and reduce inventory level. 3) the partners in the supply chain share inventory cost information to improve the flexibility of production. The sharing of historical information can effectively shorten the lead time. This study provides guidance for enterprises to create higher operational performance by means of information sharing. Through the description of the relationship between the types of shared information and the specific indicators in operation management, It provides a basis for scientific management information sharing in manufacturing enterprises.
