【摘要】:业务流程再造理论在20世纪90年代被提出,引发了管理史上的第二次革命,作为企业供应链管理的关键组成部分——供应商质量管理在新形势下已然成为企业内部重点挖掘的增长点之一。伴随着社会的飞速发展,汽车零部件行业的成本压力越来越大;同时随着主机厂竞争的白热化,新开发项目周期越来越短,客户要求越来越高,利润率也越来越低。所以汽车零部件企业的竞争已经转化为企业所在整条供应链的竞争。如何在这种不利情况下保证供应商供货质量的稳定性同时兼顾企业利润是本文研究的重点。本文运用业务流程再造的理论,结合A公司供应商质量管理的实际情况,找出不足,进而进行了详尽的跟踪研究,然后从供应商质量管理组织架构重新搭建以及打造供应商质量管理平台两个方面针对性地解决A公司存在的问题。同时,本文就如何顺应互联网时代的发展去再造A公司的供应商质量管理流程进行了探讨,也对在流程再造时如何充分考虑A公司与J公司兼并重组所带来的影响进行了深入的研究。最后,顺应互联网时代以及工业4.0的发展要求,本文提出了以互联网思维重构供应商质量管理流程,为未来供应链的管理和发展提供了一定借鉴。
[Abstract]:The theory of business process reengineering (BPR) was put forward in 1990s, which led to the second revolution in the history of management. As a key component of enterprise supply chain management, supplier quality management has become one of the key growth points in the new situation. With the rapid development of society, the cost pressure of automobile parts industry is increasing. At the same time, with the fierce competition in the mainframe factory, the new development project cycle is becoming shorter and shorter, and the customer requirements are becoming higher and higher. Therefore, the competition of auto parts enterprises has been transformed into the competition of the whole supply chain in which the enterprises are located. How to ensure the stability of suppliers' supply quality while taking into account the profits of enterprises under such adverse circumstances. This paper uses the theory of business process reengineering, Combined with the actual situation of supplier quality management in company A, we find out the deficiency, and then carry out a detailed follow-up study. Then, the problems of company A are solved from two aspects: rebuilding the organizational structure of supplier quality management and building supplier quality management platform. At the same time, This paper discusses how to adapt to the development of the Internet era to reengineer the supplier quality management process of company A. It also makes a deep research on how to fully consider the impact of merger and reorganization between company A and company J in the process reengineering. Finally, it conforms to the requirements of the Internet era and the development of industry 4.0. This paper proposes to reconstruct the supplier quality management process with Internet thinking, which provides a reference for the future supply chain management and development.
